They do care of course, they want their players to be as happy as possible! The fact that they pop onto chat and talk and answer questions on here is further proof that they care as well as this. Also the fact that they are doing special events, such as the euro events also prove that they want to make the players happy. Anyone who says all they care about is money is wrong. Yes they will want to make money, as it is a business, but they don't (as many games do) make it impossible for a player for free to play the game fully. They just make their money of the people who want to grow faster which is fair enough as it is that players choice to spend their own money.
Compensated for what?

The topic your link shows is about you getting yourself into trouble with a mod, cos you complaint you think its unfair that money payers get benefits.
Now you say BB cares cos you got items refunded. I simply stated the 2 are NOT related.
So please do no acuse me off doing so and get a grip of yourself. Seems to me as if you are a bit oversensitive atm.
Whilst I do not agree with Nicola's whine, the Mod in question was a bit trigger happy and that is the only reason I can see for the compensation.
Generally speaking, the Mods and Admin do a good job, but occasionally they do snap. Let's just leave it at that.
The compensation was for lost troops during an attack. NicolaRedhead, in case you are not sure what compensation is for, please note that you can always write back to support and ask them.
I apologize for the confusion, but it was pretty clear from the title of the email letting you know you will receive compensation (Lost troops due to game bug) that the compensation was intended for this problem.
