I've had 2 packs on order with Amazon since start of August, just been in touch with Customer Service and they are still awaiting delivery from supplier, and I should contact them again if I've not had notification of dispatch after another 2 weeks :/ How about making a similar deal available online pls BB?? It would be more environmentally friendly too, I do not need dvd's lol just codes!
I second the motion to have the same deal but delivered digitally. The starter pack are rarer than rocking horse dung and all I will do with the disc and box is send them off for recycling. Surely with no production and logistic cost it would be more profitable and greener to have a digital download service for it, after all it isn't as if some players may not have internet access.
Actually, they are already selling 'certificates' via a third party on the German servers. Guessing this is the future, we buy codes that way.
i would not mind buy a code online would save me the long wait and sending fees
Everyone I know that had orders through Amazon have just had them cancelled by email as they are 'no longer available from the supplier'. Very dissapointing, obviously someone has silently pulled them and we are left second guessing. I think the gems from the in-game store are very poor value and I refuse to buy them, why would I want to pay more for less?
Tesco online are still allowing orders but with a 4-6 week lead time, I can bet you can guess the outcome of placing an order there!
Yes mine got cancelled from amazon today too 7th sept 2012 , along with another GUILD member from (MIB) also, cannot seem to find it anywhere?! in stock, I got one last month from play.com and it took 3 days to get to me, so yet again thought was ideal, but they have stopped stocking it too ARGGHHHHH!
ANyone care to spread some light on it from ADMIN or DEVS?

I had 2 packs on order, and if BB think that I'm going to go spend the money just on gems online they are mistaken :/
My thinking is that too many of us made too much profit in the game by selling on the vouchers, and the number of ppl buying the gem packages dropped! hence the retail packs being stopped?!
Same for me, ordered box is cancelled, and im very dissapointed becouse I didnt even get one Starter-set while you did let ppl simply spamm boxes at begining...

I think in a way bb is not caring about what we wan't; they just wan't make money! well no one seems to able to explain why they seemed to of pulled it from the shops, or explain why we cannot get hold of it anymore, very strange.
