The offer was only a few hours....Please try to make at least 1 day for us to see. Sometimes we cant be online and we miss this kind of offer. + I can pay only within a bank transfer so weekend are not good for all. The banks are closed and i think we can pay only in that day? if i m right

I understand that this isn't always practical and I will try my very best to push for at least 1 day notice.

Dantesama, as a guideline, the German servers held the 100% Happy Hour last week, and this was announced 24 hours ahead of it on their login screen.
Obviously, BB can't go to far in advance with the announcement for financial reasons, but 24 hours does seem fair.
Personally, I didn't even know about ours until 16 hours AFTER it ended.

And why do you send out the double gems offer at the end of the month, when bills are due? I only see them when i have my electrisity to pay for.
I know a lot of our guild would have liked to have purchased gems during this "Happy hour" but missed out by not being online. Advanced notice would be great for this and if they are getting notice on the German servers it only seems right that we do too.

Unfortunately, it isn't my call nor do I have information concerning the timing of the Happy Hour.
I have forwarded your concerns and suggested a 24 hour notice.
I'm afraid that's all I can do and cannot guarantee anything.

well it only lasted 3 or 4 hours on my server but it was ingame pointer to it so all that was loged in was sure to see it
sadly as we all know that time was bead time for all the non euro players so allot was unable to take advantage of it
