join the growing club mate. i have been locked out for nearly 2 weeks now, another player been locked out for 3 weeks. support cant fix the problem YET. i suggest you contact support and tell them. but dont hold ye breath bud.

Sorry to hear you are having issues with this, would you be so kind as to add more details such as which browser you are using, the version of flash that is installed and which operating system.
Also would you try a different browser and see if that has any effect on this issue...
Also if you are already playing through Facebook, then I would suggest you contact support directly with your avatar name then as soon as a fix is available they will have you on record to contact you.
I tried mozilla, opera and explorer...
Support says theres no way to connect thru facebook again, because im on half way with uplay.
Flash, java, etc is newest... On one comp is windows 7 on the other, on job, is linux... All work with facebook.
Problem is to fill my name and password and check terms...
They reccomend me to start again from lvl 1 but Im now 41 lol

I have been informed by support that Uplay was down earlier today for maintenance, this may still be an issue.
Complete the signing up process and try again, it may take several attempts before you are successful.

There is no way to switch from facebook log on to ubi log... Sorry to say that but somehow no one knows how to help me... Because im somewhere in between from one convert to another. Patience doesnt work or help...

I am very well aware how annoying this issue is.
It is a complicated issue and the team has been working towards a fix.

Same boat as the rest of ya'll. I'm content to sit back and wait it out, mind you I'll probably get bored of waiting at some point and find another game... But hey... I give it another week :)
i had to unistall google chrome. then install firefox. this fixed my stuck in queue problem.
