Trying to login to Northisle, game stops at "Initialising login queue" and nothing happens!!!

last thing i did was a trade accept.
i have the same problem, Martins62. i was about to message support, but if other people have the same problem it's probably a server fault

I log to game but when i start i see blue screen and tips of the day??

I'm having exactly the same problem. Can't get further then the 'initialising login queue' screen. Started adventure ML, kicked out off the game and now can't login again. Tried everything, even a different PC but nothing works. What is going on? Time is ticking away for adv, so please fix this quickly.
The server is down, crashed, whatever...

I was able to logon, but my friend cannot, same server. He tried it on my computer, same result, comes to initializing login queue, then server call fails. we tried several OSs and several browsers, I have no problem to logon, he cannot logon. He was able to logon about three hours before without problem.
Hohoho, it is even funnier - when I try to pay a visit to his island, I am logged off !!!!!!!

Same for me, Forum and home page works fine, even gem shop go figure!
But am unable to get on actual game, losing time on my adventure.......recompense???
Need to refresh when I want to visit a friend. Friend is friend since 6 months.
cant travel to adv crashs and cant cancel either
aaaaaaaaaaaaa, we lost our islands, our accounts. maybe part of DB on broken HDD is gone
I can log on but when i try to vist an adventure it just chucks me out :( arrgghhh!!
I have cleared cache and history, still no joy.

Update: Problem looks to be solved
Been unable to log on for a week now with server call failed. I informed support who ran through the usual causes and solutions non of which worked.
Just waiting now for an email to tell me it's fixed.
Wont be holding my breath though.
EDIT. Ps Perhaps anyone whose paid out for jewels and now cant play should get their money back.
