I have to agree with the statement in the last post.
After your recent acknowledgement of technical issues, I feel that these are not yet resolved, as it has taken me 3 hours just to get into your home page this evening.
Why should our game play be compromised, because of your inability to deliver a stable system.
Have the same issue, takes FOREVER to connect then every time i log in i stay on the homepage or click 'play now' and get shown a maintenance page, not good because i can't get in to play the game and have an adventure to finish. hopefully bigger more powerful faster servers are on the tech teams xmas list
it took me 25 minutes just to be able to read this thread, and another 10 to reply, still unable to get into game - connection reset - what gives with the game server?
Me too. I have tried three different browsers. Cleared cache, cookies etc and reloaded the three different browers. Nothing happens, just failed connection. I dont think I will be getting the retail pack for a bit.
I too get a Connection Fail message when I try to plog in. Servers are obviously down again. Colour me disappointed.
It's working my nerfs, And there is nothing we can do. But wait :/
the problem i think is initialising too much too fast....
at the week beginning we had techical issues, lag etc... this was whilst the devs where probably "testing" the new patch & getting it right
the maintainance on thursday morning saw the end of the halloween event and also a massive patch with all the new goodies like quests etc, this
is what i think messed everything up.... too much, too fast....
yes, we would like the dev's to come up with new ideas, quests etc..... but to implement them all at once is going to cause major problems....
and for godsake.... update your servers... they cannot cope with the massive amount of players online at any given time... which is causing login issues and major lag in adventures... and if someone stumbles across your island with a zillion buffs and lights your island up... the lag drag is mental.... if you can stay connected that is.
granted.... its a free browser game, but some, such as myself, have bought vast amounts of gems etc from the shop... the release of the actual retail pack on the 6th december is going to suffer majorly if this isnt resolved by then....

This is getting beyond a joke now, lag has caused me problems on advs.
If this isn't resolved I think the starter packs launch is going to be a damp squib.
able to log in, but not able to actually play the game, won't go to the island so I can do anything and only getting a couple of hours to play which is generally around midnight east coast Australian time you can bet that I am not happy!!!!
I cant log in yet again. It's beyond a joke, going to miss out on finishing a adventure more time and resources wasted.
I feel lucky as for some reason I was able to enter the game...
But the fear of not being able to log in afterwards makes me doubt to even start an Adventure.
Buff Mines and everything.
It's a shame how I paid more for this game as a normal game for lets say, the xbox 360.
And I can't play whenever I want to because of log in failures..
But I know BB is working hard to resolve the problem.
the thing thet troubles me the most is that no mod,dev,admin answered on this tread.i am a paying costumer and i believe that some kind of response is in order.theres a saying in my country=when u do something good 10 people hear about it and when u do something wrong a 1000 people will hear about it.this is realy disapointing,and i excpect some kind of compensation for lose of time,resources and adventures.i canT put up wells,wheat filds and mines for 2 days,no bread,soldier and adventure time has run out...REALY DISAPOINTING
I get a fail to connect ALL the time now. All my gold mines will be trashed because of this and Im REALLY ticked off. (Trying hard to stick to forum rules with this post) It's taken me over SIX hours just to be able to get to a screen where I can post.
NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR DONATORS and just as much non-donators too. Time and Resources have been lost. :( Being a paying customer, I expect a WAY SUPERIOR level of service.
Would Help if the devs put up a notice saying HOW,WHERE,WHY,WHEN and WHAT they are doing rather than treating the players like mushrooms.
Bitterly disappointed in the devs for not respecting the players and communicating with your paying customers. We can Communicate with you, but you do not show us the same respect. It takes but a moment to reply.

This is the first time in 3 days that I have een able to login at all, tonight it took me 30 mins to log in.
My house mate has not been able to log in at all for 4 days and can not even log onto the forum to raise
the issue with BB. My house mate is still not able to login, he just get "General Error when ever he tries.
This is getting beyond acceptable, we have had these issues for over a week now and they are runing the game
for all the members as they can not get on line to play the game.
Same here, yesterday (Saturday) i lost so many troops while blocking in Son of the field.. even got intercepted 2 time's without notice (no sound, and the vet was onscreen going past the camp... then suddenly ....15 sec later he is returning to base.. lost all troops and was intercepted by first camp he walks way past the first time).... and kicked out 12 times.. while in the middle of blocking... loosing again... all my troops... I'm also a paying supporter but the lagg and booting never ever has been so bad like this.....
its ok that you misjudge the new player loads on the server-base But.. that can happen right. its not okay to just let it happen... Stop new players from getting in protect your loyal customers.. and redirect new player to test servers so they can test the game out and see if they like it.. and do say sorry to them but that you are working on the problem and that they will get in the que for the life server as soon as there is space(server-power) to do so>
Now you have done 2 things,
your old players know you do everything to protect them from lagg even if there is still lagg You try to stop it by putting more hardware and a new user logon stop. you working on it! protect your loyal players that play every day or week, they are here on the forums they make this game so great..
And by loyal i'n not suggesting paying players, but all that invest in this game by playing and loving it. :)
and you got the new player on the test servers, giving you a user-load on the test servers to test tings-out and estimate the extra capacity you will need to let the new player on the LIFE-SERVERS
looks like we may have lost a guild member due to all the problems - think hes given up with the game :(
I cant get on either, been trying for the last 2 or 3 hours and have only just managed to get on the forum, needs to be sorted out because the delays are affecting my economy
well, i managed to upgrade my last building to L5 today, and i was planning on sticking with this game untill i am level 50, but i doubt i will stay active this long.. taking 30 mins to be able to play is a bit too long :( Oh well, plenty of games who like to have my money anyway.
3hrs trying to login...just connection failed msg....will the muppets at BB be replacing all the stuff i have lost due to this ?....all the wheat/gold/iron/copper i have lost do to the mess they have made ?
i very much doubt they will.....bad customer service will equal no customers.....
my opinion of the monet grabbing bitches at BB is proberly being felt but all who are suffering with this crappy connection problem.....i hope many people leave and show that customers cant be treatd in this way !!!!
this is crap BB dont give 2 moneys about thier customers only the money they are reaping in.every day there are more and more problems but they to busy counting thier coins to do anything about it...i hope many more people will just leaving and let thier revenue stream dry up just to show these arrogrant muppets learn how to treat people!!!!
Over the last 5 days I have only been able to log in a couple of times due to all the connection errors, getting really sick of this... I have even now lost my weekly gem bonus as was not able to log in at all for a 24hour period.. About to give up on this game..
Yes this is very annoying.
Been trying to get on for 3 hrs & have now given up for the day so will lose my gem bonus also.
Same problems here! 3 hours of trying and I think I may actually be in this time. This daily issue, along with the failing guild chat is getting very tiresome. Please fix it, games are meant to be fun and relaxing not annoying!
