yes would be nice to be able to get more items with guild coins. How about some items only guild members can get like extra recycling plants, or even a 250 general. surprise us with a limited edition everlasting iron mine would be cool :), ok just a thought
The options on guild merchant are really weak indeed.
The only way i think guild coins could be really interesting right now is if your guild does some sort of internal event, like a lottery to win decent stuff.
Indeed the selection is very weak, i really dont need any of the stuff, an explorer would be a nice thing to get from Guild coins or some buildings, noble deeds would be really great, in my guild the interest is not great, the coins are almost worthless in the trade, that is too bad, because the idea with the guild quest is great indeed, and the balancing of the resources needed is acceptable, but when nothing good can be bought its not interesting. i just collect the coins and gives them away.
or add buildings like friary, deerstalker, village school, watermill, silo, endless copper mine ( now for 20k gems but the can make it 20 k guild coins)
and normal stuff like packed wheatfield, artasian well, weapon smith :)
you can also make it able to replace them for normal coins in provision house

I hope this is only an intro, and that they will introduce many new choices in the next update, because the selection as it is, is very poor!
A second Provision House would be handy:)
Surely you should have something guild related as a reward for this, maybe something to help your guild with PvP when that comes out
I would love to see more options for my guild coins! Any building that has any use will do :)
It's unlikely they will give away those premium buildings very easily.. not when they real cash for them outside of events.
that said some more powerful items that enhance a guild it's self would make a load more sense and make guilds actually useful and integrated into daily play.
I think as everyone else will do is save the coins for something decent when it comes along, I would imagine not many people are cashing them in at the moment
Maybe some special buildings available only for guild member? & maybe all guild "choose" a preferred special development (exemple more productivity in weapon, more long buff, more gold income ecc...)
i agree, the short amount of things to buy doesn't motivate to really start doing the guildquests. next to that, it would be cool to have special items to win or buy just for guildquests. hope something will happen
well, most people can use 1 or 2 fast geologists - so that will take a fair chunk of time to collect guild coin for
yeah, i have 4 geo's now, so i'm fed up with those. some buildings would be nice, or generals.
Special guild advantages would make the game more attractive.

I mailed them with a request to consider to introduce items that would benefit the entire guild. items such as counterfeit memberships could be a nice option. I also suggested to add an option for guildies to donate the coins to the guild. It should be easy to implement a window in the guild window for all guildies to see how much coins have been donated but also to en- or disable to donation option. Guild master and administrators can use these coins to buy items. I also suggested to introduce guild adventures. These quests could be expensive and very hard. But if a guild collects the coins and work together they can beat the adventure for nice rewards. If more people like this idea, please e-mail BB, they might consider it if enough people ask for it.

we should have more options too spend our guild coins eg mine refills builds etc.
Guild quests with rewards of improving the guild as a whole, for example guild troops that have better stats than recruits etc, introduce guild skills such as halfing the time moving to an adventure, halfing recovery time of generals etc etc.
specialised buildings is a nice option such as a guild troop manufacture building bought from guild coins.
Guilds are just so underwhelming and it's damn right that there should be more advantages to being in one and a strong one without them becoming unbalanced in favour of the ones that are already large.
Passive bonuses like Raif's suggestions are perfect.. a real reason to join and buildup a guild with real benefits to systems already used daily by players.
I agree with most of the other comments. There´s deffinatly a need for more options to spend the guild coins, the only thing that is of any interest at all as a high lvl player is the plates of food to enhance the production output. Jolly geologist och IOTP, seriously?!?!?!
Why not put up everything that you can buy with gems and translate it into guild cions :O
Provision's house buffs, extra unique buildings, Veteran generals, or gems voucher
What about new multiplayer adventures (non-tradable), could limit invite to members of same guild
Other things that would be nice:
> Noble houses limited to 10 (i.e. 1266 ggc based on jolly geologist at 4,000 ggc)
> Silo, recycling plant and school village come up for events so why not 3 of each buy spending ggc
> Savage scout (or regular), who needs more geologist as I only use 1, the rest are sitting in my star menu unused
> Convert 100 ggc into 1 gem (extra 7 gems per week based on 7 completed guild quests @ 105 ggc each)
i got another idea
an adventure you can do with 10 - 20 people from guild on a very big island and as reward xp and guild coins and normal loot special building
there comes an new thing named PvP ( player vs player )
maybe other way GvG ( guild vs guild ) :)
It would be really useful to have a more options for what to do with guild coins. There is really not a lot at the moment. Perhaps it could be an option for buying deposit refills and deffinitely some buildings - maybe new buildings. Or perhaps they could be used for upgrading things? Something needs to be done, anyway! They are a very useful commodity but not enough value is being put on them.

I agree with all posts. Waiting for BB to give us some more for guild coins. Maybe Granit mason ? Sounds Great to me :)

I agree - we work hard as a team and and individual players to earn Guild Coins. They are more difficult to get than Gold Coins - which can, at least, be produced rather than earned.
In other games Guild can donate Guild Coins for a special Guild Building or Production bonus - all the guild members agree what it should be then work to provide it. It imporves the togetherness of game and team spirit no end.
And what better way to show to all your team spirit and committment to a Guild by buying a special object or building.
The current choice to spend coins on is not really an option - mostly pointless items - so I trade mine. Eventually players will realise that trading them is pointless too. :-(
I mailed my ideas to BB. I think if we all do it they might come up with some new features for the use of guildcoins. They need to know what we want, we can't assume they read it here, we need to bring it to them. So please, mail your ideas to them.

I am leader of KAM guild. Many of my members posted they thoughts here. We keep doing GQ but they do not get masive intrest here. I send mail to BB as well. I have big hopes they will put there some extra stuff as at this stage of our server probably we all have enough geologists. Looking forward to any changes. Guild quests getting boring now as they keep rolling all the time and they are the same. Time for changes BB. My idea would be special buff for provisional house something like drill plan but for prov. That would make some of us intrested in GQ ang Guild Coins would rocket in price :))

Below are a few ideas I have for more options in the Guild Merchant.
I think guild coins shouldn't be tradable, just restricted to purchasing items in the Guild Market. As for the items guild coins can buy the current items are OK. I'd like to see adventures that are exclusive, not tradable too, to the Guild Market. These adventures would be for multiple members to take part in and would reward them with guild coins and unique decorations (such as gardens, guild statues, fountains...). Guild expansion slots as well as larger and more impressive Guild House designs would be ideas for exclusive Guild Market content.
