Had the exact thing yesterday, should fix itself after 2am (UK time i believe). would say to make sure ur logged out completely of tso, including homepage.

I don't think that the problem is with my computer or browser. Since Test Server works fine.
Pleas give us feedback on this problem.
forgot to add this; taken from Fixes & Performance Thread: -An unlock script for locked zones will be activated tonight, which will unlock locked zones with minor issues. It runs on a regular basis every night around 02:00 CET. Hence, some players that are currently affected by a locked zone will be able to play again after the script is executed.

My zone crashed yesterday. Today i could logg in for 3min than a zone error appeared. This [ Censored ] happend after i was movin my angelstatues and horsemanstatue. Sum post i was reading today also told abouth placin a horsemanstatue and right after that he had a server zone crash.
Even though you placed a * in the word it still wasn't needed to complete the sentence

Same thing happen to me last nigth while i was redecorating my s1 with some angel monuments,get zone error .. .But when i log in today all was fine till moment i moved 1 statue again(didnt even guess they are problem makers ) ...send mail to support ofc ,but not bad idea to be posted on forum too ,for other players to know ,at least to avoid building and moving that deco's for some time ,looks like something is wrong with them ...and yes i still cant log in back

My Zone crashed after i came back to my home island from The Dark priest adventure. I don't own statues. So that is not a problem. Gravekeeper was the one Who was on the ls. And his Zone crashed too. Yeah but there aint 1 or 2 reportin this but in a short periode 4 . Not sayin its the statues but ther cud be a clue to find.
Statue must be one way to trigger it.
I just say the others should be very afraid because it can happen to anyone. (This sounded like bad halloween movie quote)

Hi i just want to say mine is working too. I can play the game. But now i am missing 2 veteran generals and 250 Cavalry, 3 Elite Soldiers and 192 Cannons.
I wrote a ticket to support i hope they will help me soon.
And mine is working fine too and nothing is missing... TnX for fixing this and I hope there will be NO errors like this :)
I can't enter my game, keeps telling me my Server zone crashed. I'm reading some disturbing things on the forum here... All your problems got solved so far?
I have just received this message 'server zone crashed' and am very angry about it. Just spent a fair amount of money on gems, took half an hour or so to receive the gems and once i did receive them, as soon as I started to try and place/build buildings I brought with the gems I got this message. Takes away the joy of buying gems if you ask me :-(

Try again tomorrow morning, from what I understand there is something that runs at 2 AM (GMT) that helps clear some of these issues, hopefully it works for you, else the guys over in Support can help
Yeah I have emailed support as this has ruined my night lol. Pretty expensive evening if you ask me and have achieved nothing, knew I should have gone to the pub instead :-)
Hi, I've the same problem, after place a watermill the game has creashed. The message is the same: "Server Zone Crashed".

The things I read on the forum about this problem are not really reassuring... My mines, my fields, my wells... can't buff, friends can't buff me either... my adventure, already hard enough without this problems. Got a lot of money in this game and noticed this morning in the brief moment I was able to get on my island that I missed one of my purchased silos, will I get it back? God knows how much more is missing, besides all the resources I'm missing out on... not happy atm.

this is getting really annoying how many more people have to go through the same thing before they fix this issue once and for all. I dont pay good money for gems and then find that I cant even play the game. Where is the fairness in that, even worse this seems to have gone on for a very long time. I also see that on some of the replies that if you wait till 2.am that it might reset, well in my opinion thats not good enough, they should have resolved this issue as soon as it happened the first time not wait for more and more people to complain
same has just happened to my wifes game
Happened to me to when placing silos like with you. During the night the problem was "solved" and this morning I was able to get on my island again. I placed a silo (same spot) and bam, same problem again; Server Zone crashed. Can't get on the whole day and hopefully tomorrow. Make sure you are not missing items because I was missing a silo already... Sent two e-mails to support but no reply yet... reading the forum I have little hope I will get a reply.Quote:
