SidV info is outdated as level requirement got changed at some point so all adventures that supposed to be for lvl 46 got changed to lv42. I'm sure you can find more info in patch notes but I'm not sure where about are they as this forum is unclear so it's hard to find anything in here without using search.

that is Angel Gate , and yes , decoration, the most hunted (expensive) decoration on my server at least
