Try a refresh, but if still no good, you can always do the manual task of a building count and contact Support if it isn't correct
Apologies for the not so convenient solution!
Quick question, when you say "mine" you mean copper/iron/coal/gold "mines" right? not stone, marble quarry's. I ask because mines do contribute to your building licences where as quarry's/deposits do not count.
Thx for the info - I did wonder previously when I didn't appear to receive the licences back, but had lots more then!
Yes I meant copper, coal, etc
Okay, I would try the refresh then as Peck_ed suggests, another quick question (sorry) when mines do collapse the licence is credited back to you when the very last piece of ore is removed, Not when you hit the demolish button. You said that you had only 7 building licences, and this morning you had 6 exhausted mines which you demolished, these 6 mines, where they operational when you had the 7 building licences spare yesterday?
The licence is credited back to you either when you knock down a mine, or the mine exhausts
Tried a refresh and still 7 licences. The 2 copper, 1 iron and 1 coal mine were all still operational when I finished playing yesterday. I have done a manual building count and sent a note to the support team. Thx for the advice
This is true however, knock down is a little different to demolish. Demolish is the operation used to remove an already empty mine, knock down/remove building is what's used to remove a building that is still operational. Seeing as you have said "6 exhausted mines " we already know you haven't "knock down" a building.
You don't get anything back from demolishing them. I personally leave them there so I can tell which mines need replacing, just a handy visual!
I do the same thing Peck_ed. That is of course if I let them empty in the first place. Changing the subject a little Lamorally, I admit I let copper mine's run empty, the resources they return are almost worthless to me. Letting coal/iron run dry is a little expensive, might I suggest from now on you do knock them down as they return a percentage of the building costs if done correctly the resources you get back are worth more than the ore they return. It is of course down to timing.
