I haven“t even got through. Game stops at the spot where says: Login queue is initializing...

Cant log in at all, both me and my wife
Don't tell me to clear cashe or check internet, those are the things I test first.
Edit: Seemed to fix it self.

I have been trying to login for the last 30 min ... Everytime the game comes up show Tip of The Day and maps are loading is when i get the error msg: Client Outdated - Please delete your browser cache and try to log in again.
Now I use Chrome and I have cleared its entire cache like 5+ times in the last 30 minutes as also tried to login time and again ... But I always land up with the same error msg.
Is maintenance still on or over ?
For me it is still crashing, i managed to log in once after maintenance . After 5 min , there was a server connection problem and had to reload and since then cant login. It stops at the spot 'login queue is initializing " and i get the error message that clear your browser cache , the client is outdated. I tried that and then also tried to open it in another browser which i have never used to play this game and still get the same message :(
Same here, its the same old situation after an update of the software. Bunch of idiots. Even tried with IE for which i needed to install Adobe flash, same problem.
Same problem here! Tried to log in over FF and chrome, with cache cleared, browser updated... And still getting message that client is outdated! Hope guys you can fix this error!
Same for me as Lyth, I cleared my cache opened in other browser but still cant load the realm.
Same issue here. IE I have rebooted cleared cache and passwords several times. going to give up and try again in an hour incase maintenance not yet fully implemented
Same here. IE, firefox, chrome and on 2 diff computers. all give the same result. client outdated.
Same here, client outdated error, cant login. Chrome and Firefox on Mac OSX. Cache is cleared, browser restarted, nothing helped so far.
Same as for everyone. Kinda reminds me of last week on Northisle...
I am having similar issues, i get to the loading screen and then it tells me to empty my cache and so on and so forth, done it several times now, deleted every single history i got, rebooted the browser and still no luck, would love some help or atleast an update on this.
Moved several posts from Login issues to here, since they all seem to have this issue.

same problems tried on 2 pc's deleted everything still get the same error
same issues - delete browser cache -have tried IE, FF, Chrome, Safari - all cache/objects removed, temp folder deleted, and cannot connect.
They have screwed this one up big time.
@13:00 GMT - now connecting no problems - just hoping server stas up

Finally tried a Windows7 PC with IE and Chrome => has worked with both browsers
But the others (XP) still NOT
having same prob here, tried most things that other have done
After today's maintenance I keep getting the message "Client Outdated. Delete Cache". I've done that multiple times. I use Google Chrome as browser. I can't login with Internet Explorer either because I'm in some sort of loop that I keep entering my password. Anyone experiencing these problems or know how to fix them?

With IE there seems to be a work around - if you click on my profile (from the home page)and log in there it seem to work

Your workaround is for the log in loop issue, which is discussed in an other thread.
The issue which Alias81 has is specific to Northisle and that problem right after maintenance.

Ahh... so it's not just me.. thought I had been hit by the locked island bug again, but maybe there is hope I will get to log in today after all if this is not an isolate issue.
Still, like others, multiple different browsers with cleared caches all telling me my client is out dated. But with those same browsers I can log into tsotesting just fine, so a support ticket has been raised.
Once again Northisle gets the 'pointy stick in the bum' treatment after maintenance. I just hope I get to log in before my level 5 gold mine depletes completely... really don't wanna lose it because of yet another screw up in our maintenance cycle. Think I'm gonna have to get in the habit of turning all that stuff off before maintenance now.... which I really shouldn't have to do for a game that has supposedly 'come out of beta'. (what a crock!)
Tried logging in at 07:15 local time, nothing. Tried logging in at 08.00, nothing. Installed Adobe on another browser, nothing. Now its 09:06 local time, still the same problems. This is getting horrible annoying, time to ditch this stupid game??
This is so frustating ! Kindly someone from BB let us know when the NorthIsle server would be up or for how long we should wait in front of screens ?

The problem seems to be account related. My brother(also on Northisle) can log in and play, but he cant log in with my account, I also can log in with his so ts not pc, browser or os related problem.

I am level 50 and got my entire gold industry running unbuffed now for two hours. This is getting very very tiredsome.. I really don't understand how they manage to run this game SOO bad.
This is clearly account related, I can not log in with any browser from any computer, friend of mine can log in from any computer and all browsers.

I feel rather awkward saying this with people still stuck locked out but just for the sake of information: I got in to my Northisle account fine, on both Chrome and IE9, and there are people in chat. No idea why it let me/us but I hope it's sorted soon for everyone who's stuck.
