And yes - did log out and back in again. My software is up to date and I cleared my cache....

You're not the onliest one.
I didnt get it either, so did others at sandycove.
Some even bought a month premium to do the quest, but the quest doesnt accept anything else then 1 day premium, wich can't be bought.
We should have it under buffs in star menu, but its not there......
sandycove server here, i also have no 1 day premium
i didnt get one either! same as Bluefairy , loged in and out , cache was empty etc etc..
Are you above lvl 26? From what I've red you need to be 26+

Fradvatar level 39 Sandycove Realm here. I have only got the following options under my Premium: 7, 30, 180 and 360 premium days.

Seems like not everyone has gotten theirs, I'm sure it will be corrected.
Fradvatar, the 1 day premium should be in your star menu.
If its not there then join the club of people who didnt get it at all :)

I got the quest but not the buff to get the premium day.
i have aslo not got a 1 day premium icon in my star menu

not in my star menu eiter. Tried the usual yada yada with refreshing etc. (which should not be necesarry in the first place) but even that has no success.
What again was the last update without obvious bugs? Why do the developers not respond on our questions?
On the test server, only one of my two multiaccounts got the free premium - this being the one that I logged in with first on the day they were given out.
Just saying in case this is an issue with other people

Thanks a lot for the answer Ravel. And now we know you guys are in fact capable of replying.... could yould you do that a bit more often? The biggest problem is not even the bugs, but the complete lack of information. There are lots of things going wrong where we just dont have a clue if BB is even aware and working on it.

Read up for BB_Ravel's reply - this should be sorted out tomorrow morning, including compensation for all players. :)
That is strange. I got 3 day Premium already, but I used it and the quest is still not finished.

ok .. just added the 3 days to my account and the quest isnt completed ... i know it said one day but i mean .. come on , cant tso think of people making these mistakes ... would appreciate it also if u put an icon over general's heads so its actually possible to quickly see where my gen is on adventure .. rather than following him on his very slow walks. please and thank you.
