Yep :( something is wrong ... again :(
And on the main page - the last news is from 20th with the voucher code - but I'm 100% sure yesterday there was info about weekly maintenance ... and now it's gone ...

Some sort of server issue, or unscheduled / non notified maintenance ??

So its not just me...lol. Same prob here. I get to second load screen in flash and it just sits there unable to load. Hopefully they will fix this soon, already getting withdrawal symptoms may have to seek counselling!
Sandycove is still working.

Well, all we can do is wait. I get to the second loading screen, and it stops loading. At least we know that it is a fault at their end, and not ours. I tried both Chrome, and explorer. Hopefully it will be fixed soon or I am going to lose resources because I cannot rebuild mines etc....

We are all having this problem. Seems to be BB's end. Check other threads, and you will see what I mean. :-)
Test server is down as well... maybe they got a server problem and of course we got to wait till their morning hours for the techs to go to work drink their coffee and start resolving the issue as always... good thing its Thursday and not Friday...

Settlersonline won't load properly in Australia, 2nd page the loading bar is stuck at the beginning.
I did dump cache and reboot. still the same. Frustrating? yes.
yup, was swapping premium fruit baskets. and I slept my gold buildings just b4 :) buff wasted on me and friend didn't receive all (I hit refresh cuz buffs where acting funny)
So much for leaving beta.... issue after issue after issue after issue since you did....

Same I was trying to get a battle prediction and it froze so I rebooted and now it gets stuck on the second screen. Have cleared cache and cookies but no dice....glad I'm not alone
Dutch server has the same issue, so I guess we have to wait till the morning... Well I call it a night then...

Can't get into Northisle or Sandychav, tried flushing cache etc... switched to google spyware, and not even Botnet Enabler seem to work.

Seems this may be a case of "If you're in you're probably okay but don't log out or refresh or you'll be locked out too."

Whatever it is it's not Maint or everyone would have been kicked. Since it is the very wee hours in tech support land if actual humans are needed to fix it it may be a bit but *fingers crossed* it sorts itself before too long.

Not very impressed, any decent company that runs an online business should have people online 24hrs a day to fix issues when they arise, its ridiculous that we should have to wait for their techs to get to work before this is dealt with, let alone having someone from the company keep us updated as to what the problem is.
yeah getting same problems cant log into stuck just into second loading screen.
I refreshed my browser as I was unable to re-build my wheat fields and now am stuck on the loading screen, I am on Sandycove so it appears to be having issues as well.
I wonder if I'll get my premium time extended, like they do with maintenance.
I have an account on US Server Ares, its working fine :-(
I do also have problems today. It can be due to a generally wobbly net connection, but other sites work fine.
ALso I consider it cheating, from the game providers' side, when I have lost the "seventh day bonus gems" now twice in a short period of time because "the updates" have prevented me from loging on.
