An improved storehouse is nice, but it takes up a bit more room. I've found a position where this isn't a problem, in sector 9 up against a goldmine.

Sector 6, in front of the two iron mines next to each other is also a nice spot for it.
I replaced 3 old storehouses and got 3 licences:

i think its not a good ideia to upgrade this new storehouses to lvl5 or even lvl4, because when the option to remove rocks goes live, surely we will move them again.

Thanks, the idea is not only to find a place for them where the extra room they take isn't a burden, but also that the walking time isn't increased, perhaps because you can not build immediately behind the storehouse anyway. Still looking for more good spots though.
can i have only inproved storehouses in 1 sector, or i must have at least 1 "normal" storehouse in every sector on my island, so i can build building in that sector
for ex i want to have only inproved storehouses in sector 3, where i have lots of farms, but if i remove the storehouses that i have now, won't all the buildings in that sector be demolished?
It's impossible to remove the last "normal" storehouse from a sector, the game just won't let you.
So far, superstores don't count as a 'sector-claiming-storehouse', so it looks like you will still need a "normal" storehouse in a sector.
Looks like it's been tweaked and now just an Imp Store in a sector does count, which is handy.Quote:
