i cant too...and waited for 2h already...can someone explain or tell me when will i be able to log in?

in the morning it was all ok
i keep getting disconnected but am able to get straight back in.

I advised myself, I changed the browser from chrome to internet explorer, I'm in the game;)
I had exactly the same problem myself today, I just deleted the Watefox browser cookies for TSO, restarted the browser and got straight in.
same problem, been trying for an hour , no luck, know in the past week, a lot of my guildies were already having problems staying connected, but were able to log in eventually, but i dont seem to be able to, today
now its 3-4h i cant log in, tried other browser and nothing...

It would not be so bad if BB actually told us what is going on. Check our Facebook page they say, ha ha.:(
Same problem , swapped from firefox to chrome and no problems on chrome.
cleared all cache out on firefox but no different .
Sorted now screen shot for fix on firefox,,,,,,,, basically go into options /privacy / click on remove individual cookies , type in settlers and then click remove all cookies.

Cant load game either
Edgy1 you will get nothing from BB as they have gone home....come back tomorrow they may have bothered to look into it but do not hold your breath for to long there not fast at fixing things

just been playing pass 15 min
after reading thread i cleared history/cache (i use google internet explore has shown me a blank screen for over a year)
when logging on i decided to use uplay (i do not have facebook)
able to log in

IN short , go into your internet options and delete all cookies related to settlers , clear history and cache.
then restart firefox
Done that and still not able to play

UPDATE:
Please try the following steps:
1. If you are already logged in, please log out, close all browser windows and close the browser
2. Please delete the cache and cookies
3. Clear the DNS cache
Now this is a bit tricky, however this is how it's done for Win7:
Go to Start, type in cmd in the "Search programs and files" field and then a pop-up will open.
Type in ipconfig /flushdns and hit Enter.
For mac 10.7 and 10.8: sudo killall -HUP mDNSResponder
For mac 10.5 and 10.6: sudo dscacheutil -flushcache
4. Try logging in again
5. Please let us know if you experience further issues after trying this. ( We also accept "yay, it worked" feedback :) )
