This quest cannot be complete whereby now we CAN'T buy [Island Of The Pirates] using Map Fragments
Well known bug, yet all attempts to communicate it to developers via forums has failed.
Can only suggest writing to support directly.
there is a side quest for lower level players to purchase The Island of the Pirates and The Dark Priests with map pieces but Neither of these adventures are No Longer available.
Please put these back on the to buy list.

I think this post should go in the bugs section, maybe it might get read by a mod who will pass this info along to the Dev's.
Teardrop46, have you tried buying these adventures from a friend with map fragments.... this might work ?
Buying from a friend does not complete the "mag fragments as currency" quest. Teardrop46 - please submit a ticket to support with this one, and they may eventually notice the pile gathering. You cannot complete this quest as it stands at the moment.Quote:

The dev's know. They've known for months. They knew before they made the change. Don't hold your breath waiting for a fix now they've ignored the people telling them their mistake before they made it and they went ahead and broke it anyway.

nor can you buy dark priests with map fragments. . part of same side quest.
Lovely. As Gerontius says, I am sure they are aware - this issue was flagged on the test server even before it went live - but as there is no way you can complete it now, support is the only way. Perhaps ask them the question of when they will fix it, whilst you have them in contact!

This is crazy - I've now had three CONSECUTIVE guild quests that require either Dark Priests or Pirates. Support said weeks ago they were aware of the problem, so I can only assume it's a deliberate policy to burn through any hoarded DP or IotP stocks.
Can anyone explain why BB don't want us to have these two adventures?
Well I have just got the 'map fragments as currency' quest as well and like the others, I find it impossible to complete - please can we have some form of acknowledgement from the mods or the devs to say this is a known bug and that plans are in-hand to re-instate the necessary adventures in the shop to allow completion of the quest chains, or that the quests will be altered to make hem completable? Or is BB suffering from selective paralysis?
"Map Fragments as Currency" has been fixed on the test server, but apparently too late to make it into the next live-game update.

Here's hoping it crosses over in the near, it's actually reasonable now.
