Suggestions for the Legendary Veteran

Ok, at the moment, this "legendary veteran" who will be introduced with the Easter Event is lacking, so here are a few suggestions how he could be made interesting.
Please note that it's not a "do all this" list but some suggestions on giving him a unique and interesting flavour:

• Remove first strike from enemy units
• Negate Enemy Splash Damage
• Provides Splash Damage to his archers
• Instantly recovers
• Troops have a 25% chance of not taking damage
• Damage Shield: 10% of damage dealt to his troops is dealt back to attackers
• Tough: Doubles hitpoints of own units
• Cover: Crossbowmen gain +150 life as long as there are soldiers/elites alive

"Cover" would more realistically be "negates attacks weakest"

Frenzy: Attack weakest is changed to attack random.

Or just lower the price so he's a slightly different battle hardened/grim reaper.

First and foremost is change his name away from `veteran' if he only carries 200 troops. There is no need to change what players expect from the term of `veteran' used in the game except as a cynical ploy by the devs to exploit the unwary player. ( If the TSO team are going to sink so low then it is definitely time for me to quit )

agree with this for starters.

But to make this general even vaguely useful with little effort, travels to zone 4x as fast, walks to target 2x as fast. Perfect loot spot general.

+1 to the idea of not calling him 'vetran'. For most people vetran = 250 troops. Would get very confusing.

Legendary how?

Just "slightly modified battle hardened general" would be accurate.

+1 he should not be called veteran if he isnt going to carry 250 troops, there are already far too many naming conflicts in this game as it is

Legendary Vetran vs Vetran
1- first strike + carry 250 troops
or
2- like vetran with 250 troops ( and increase the strength of troops like if Legendary Vetran carry recruits, recruits strength may be equal to military, and so on ... )

As long as he can hold 270 troops I don't care.

I like the idea of a loot spot general x4 travel and x2 transfer speed

It is not secret that BB do not like/support/condone (delete as applicable) the practice of selling lootspots so a "loot spot general" is never going to happen.

Realistically this general, in its current form, is a complete waste of space. The Attacks Weakest Target power is next to useless without either First Strike and/or Splash Damage and, as so many others have commented, in this thread and elsewhere, using the term "Veteran" to describe a general that doesn't have a 250 troop capacity is misleading.

Someone must read dictionary of foreign words, what does the word "legendary" . On this general is nothing legendary. only price :-)
