100% gams sale was 1-2 weeks ago
Gem sales (Happy Hours - as they are called on TSO) are not announced in advance, but they do last for 24 hours, so as long as you check the home page every day, there's no way you can miss it.

the only time I have seen the x3 gem sale is at Easter, i pretty sure in previous years halloween has been a constant 20% extra to gems all the way through the event.
2x sales are 1-3 times a month, 3x have been on very rare/special occasions like the 25th anniversary

I wonder why the Dutch people gets this generous offer!? Not enough people playing there and BB hopes this offer makes more play?
Everyone should get it just like previous times. They usually time the sale to happen on a day/time which is best for the region and is determined based on the analytics they collect when we play. I assume Dutch/USA/etc who have the sale right now have the prime time to sell em. Our region could be tomorrow or later tonight since we have aussies/asia region players too.
Why doesn't it apply to the "1st buy" bonus?

No. When you haven't bought gems on your account yet, you'll get more with the 1st payment, but it doesn't seem to work on the 200% bonus, which is uncool.

More to the point, has the problem that occurred during the last gem sale on 28/29 April been rectified? It took 9 days to receive my purchased gems, and with no information about the cause being fixed, I am very hesitant about future purchases.
