Yo, first thing i am MAD ! second, let get to the issue. first issue there is no more landing at the bottom under 3rd witch tower. first block doesnt work anymore (http://www.thesettlersonlinewiki.com...=MG=blocks.png) so what [Removed] did u change!!!!!:mad::mad::mad::mad:

they fixed what was a mistake in the first place, just go back to using the original guides.
Seems original guides do not work either as they have moved the tower on the right as well as removing the attack spots over there. Oddly nothing on any logs about them doing these changes.

It goes just like Kit says, they fixed the previous extra landing zone thing that slipped in few months ago. Also blocking is considered to be an exploit and not officially supported by BB in regular adventures. There is really no place to complain.

so basically cause players where doing to many rb;s bb have changed it once again proves what a great company bb are...robbing players left right and centre...
bb idea is we all do 1 adv a day and pay them for that....they can go whistle in the wind as far as i am concerned...maybe other should tell them the same...
This is just silly. If you were doing it for XP, they you could do it fully, but if you just wanted loot they you could do short runs. I did it both ways, depending on situation. It's not like you have endless supplies of adventures to do this. This "fix" was totally unnecessary. there is so much more things you could do in this game to make it better, rather than making stuff like this.
Edit: It seams you know what you were doing though, since this quest was slipped quietly into waiting quest queue right after the "fix".
Whilst I can see why they would do it, and personally am a little miffed as only just recently got my MG, so only managed to use the `short version' a few times. The points that Shultz makes have highlighted what I feel is most offensive about this change.Quote:

i) To `sneak' it in with the launch of the event, knowing that most players attention on addy's would move from RB to BK and others dropping pumkins, and to compound/ add credibility to this `sneakyness' by not including it in any of the change logs. Does the Devs no credit, both as game developers and people in general. If you want to correct a mistake, own up to it first, put you case, allow us to feedback then make the change.
ii) You failed, as always to listen to experienced players, who warned of what would happen if you deployed xxl so close to an event. Bugs came out of the woodwork thick and fast! Once again you applied quick fixes, and once again these quick fixes brought back old `fixed' bugs. With xxl, Halloween event and bug fixes/ addy rebalancing going on virtually the same patch, is it no wonder you have problems finding the cause of issues and properly fixing them. I have to ask if sneaking in this re-balance to RB was really worth the risk applying it during this patch?
iii)At the risk of repeating myself ad nauseam stop nerfing adventures player like to do because they are `balanced' and re-balance the ones they currently avoid by making them more attractive, how hard can it be to change loot or bandit camp contents? after all you've already shown you can do it with last November weapons removal ( Not saying you got it right even then, but it showed you knew how ;) )
iv) Give us full change logs ( @Devs, not Ravel who I know is trying really hard ) We the players, might then help you find which codes you have just altered/ added are creating problems. Sneaking in stuff, means we may be blaming innocent content, which helps no-one, Devs or players.

I agree that if something is fixed that BB must make an announcement about it.
The landing zones to the right were never meant to be there, they simply removed them. Ok it makes the fast churn of RB a bit slower for those who see the lootspots as a coin fund but they will still be done.
removing the southern landing zone i dont have a big problem with...
but changing the adv to increase troop loses just because loads of people (maybe to many in BB opinion) are playing it stinks to high heaven...and to do it without mentioning it screams off ....well cant say as thr thought police will only give me yet another warning...lol
any1 from you BB guys can please explain me how the camp by WT2 got closer to it? is it a bug?
or is it normal now for you to change adventures without mentioning that in the change log?

why wasn't/isn't there any info about changes affecting the most played adventure?

I'm really thrilled by the new content - but I agree with this inasmuch as it seems a bit harsh to have to relearn what we thought were the existing staples.
I went to RB, saw the South East free sector was changed and cancelled - troops were all wrong!
Was not too bothered - went back to the old setup I used and found this does not work either because WT2 has moved.
BB want us to adventure - but is there any point in my working out new methods or will it change again?
Will other adventures change? BB should comment on this - Unless I'm wrong and they actually want to put us off adventuring?!?
I agree with you. The new landing zone was clearly not meant to be and it made it way too easy to score the quick loot. So when it was removed it was kind of disappointing but I couldn't really argue with it.Quote:

less adventure = more time to level = more time playing = higher chance you will by gems....simples....

Thankyou korkin, I've been writing another post or three on this but I keep deleting them ;) I've already said I understand the reasoning behind the change and would have excepted it without much argument had it been done in a professional manner, and I'm sure many others would have too. However in the manner this was done, either by mistake , or by design, sets an uncomfortable precedent, and I think we the players must voice our disgust to dissuade the Devs from ever trying something so easily perceived to be so underhand, ever again. The xxl honeymoon and even the `star spring clean' does not take this `bad taste' away, for me I'm afraid, which saddens me more, as I would like to be singing the praises of the Devs for these developments. However, As we are still left without any official response/apology ( And I think it will take a really good one, especially to those that write and read the guides ) how can I trust that no more un announced, un justified `nerfing' will take place, to have confidence that further financial investment in the game is a good and worthy choice? Quite simply I can't, at the moment, I know its only a game, and morality is the last thing on everybody's mind as they send 1000's of recruits to die over and over again, but these are pixels. Players and Developers are real people and they should have a higher level of morality in there interaction than pixels. I leave it at that.

We need to be fully informed about every changes are made on the game...it is imposible for us when we encounter changes and lose trops or resources because you BB not inform us of your many changes in game. Now i lost 90cav and 75ES in Roaring Bull this morning, because i didnt know this changes.
these changes we discovered weeks ago...not sure how any rb player does;nt yet know about them..even though they were done without notice by bb...just to increase troop loses for player and no other reason....
let's see, run BK for a chance of a dark castle drop so that I can increase pop max for the new troops, or run RB for a chance of a witch tower for the same reason with it's better granite drop for upgrading my building.
