My suggestion for new buildings simply for next big new thing
Improved Pinewood Cutter with Improved Pinewood Forster , or something don't need a deposit like Improved Pinewood Nursery, it will be helpful instead of filling the map with those cutters, maybe will be nice if thing will be next of Improved Watermill :)

BTW, I know that workyard can be like forester but not as cutter and its worth more to worth in another thing like sawmill or to make coal.
Id rather prefer to just have the Recyclers in the merchant for gems...
What next? Level 7 everything? Then level 8/9/10 etc?
Improved weapon smiths would be my choice, Bronze,Iron,bow,longbow and Steel before Pinewood.
The next event building could be an endless coal mine, to be upgraded with achievement points.

Why starting at the bottom of the chain. Improved recycler would be best.
you have a lot of coal options, i think this what take a lot of space better, even more than recycler. a lot of cutters and foresters to support, and a lot of buildings need pinewood, will be nice i think :)
