Anyone else having problems buffing Platinum weaponsmith with damascene hammer?

Have been having problems with this for a while. the buff says it will work, but it doesn't.

Never seen platinum weaponsmith light up as buff-able with hammer here either.

Probably one for the Bugs section as the tool-tip for the buff certainly says Platinum.

If you want to use a special buff to buff the Platinum Weaponsmith, you can use the Weapon Boost buff (x4, lasts 2 days); I forgot where it's gotten from (can't see it in the merchant) but it's listed as tradeable, so try trade for it in TO. :)

Is this problem still being looked into, as the Damascene hammers are still not working on the platinum weapon smiths ?

Weapon boost is a reward for one of the quests: wedding/panda/coin.

Its from bonus exp reward quest "Coin" which give you tikki island to finish.

This should be solved with the next version as seen in the Change Log.
