New buildings grid , does it really give any more space?

Hi,

After last update The BB implemented new buildings placement grid, and as what they said its supposed to give players move space, but Actually I found we lost spots instead, and space that we got is just in dead area (actually i just found 1 spot in s3 additional.

I'm really not satisfied and its make me angry because I was moving buildings and I lost their spots ! I hate that, I really wish they come back with old grid !!!

At first thought there is no different but after I started moving buildings I found I started to lose areas.

I'm really disappointed about this useless event and let me fraud on us.

Some areas that I noticed that we lost :

in s9 near bottom gold mines

I not used remove by decoration exploit just to say before any mention that, i was draw squares around every build-able spot before last update.

Its not funny at all, why you just remove those elements at all from map and solve problem, why those elements make big problem for developers, for me at least I started to fed up with TSO, changes make no sense and make playing experience even worst !

Please, stop this playing around, and just solve it easy way, remove elements that make any issue with players, or "locked zone" issues.

I hope I can add poll, but I can't so, just share thoughts with me about new grid:

1. Satisfied :o
2. Make no difference. :)
3. Not satisfied (or mad). :mad:

And its good if you can show spots you lost or added to you.

I had a Noble Residence in that spot and lost it after moving also.

And I just found another building spot which I lost after moving NR away. North coast peninsula used to house two NR, now only 2x3 space is available. (Street was added later.) Also notice the street to the right going on water.

Pretty sure they added blocking grids to some tiny map elements that had none before :(

That place is right infront of an alternative marble quarry.

I've never seen marble quarry at that place on my island. The alternate marbles are further left down, up right are iron mines.

It can only be found with the Lucky Find Geo Skill.

As well as spaces that have been lost, there are definitely spaces gained so whilst I haven't counted them all I believe that overall there is more spaces available, but they are different locations.

yes i found 2 more extra spaces, far away on the edge, what about places near storehouses! do i need to destroy level 6 storehouse to replace it !

Yeah thats another thing - If we HAVE to demolish a storehouse to move it because the building spaces have been moved - why do we have to suffer a lose of upgrades? Its not our fault the grid has been changed. (I had a storehouse on one of the deleted spots and it stoped working when the new grid went live!)_Also has thisn affected any adventures - ie if the available spaces to put armies has changed will the adventure guides now be wrong?
