Server Zone crashed

Trying again doesn't help

Same issue here..

Had the ''change your avatar'' issue today, dropped me to level 31 until island hopped.

Connection today has been absolutely AWFUL!

I have seen the hammer man more times in the past 12 hours than I have in the previous 12 weeks. At one point this afternoon, I could force him onto the screen, as he would appear EVERY time I tried to visit an adventure and prevent me from switching zone.

There's something very rotten in the state of Denmark... err... I mean Germany!

Yes server crashed here too, still crashed........................................... ...

First I got message that server was busy-got kicked out and now zone is crashed :(

Exactly the same here

Also having the same issue. Started a quest and got kicked due to busy server on way back to home island. Each time i attempt to log in I get the same message as in the original post. When my partner tries to visit my island they get a "this area is locked" message that states "may be due to technical reasons or locked by support".

can't get on today first server busy then zone crash.

same issue here-did they forget to feed the hamster?

Had it too - a quick visit with a different browser fixed it

same probs here , someone put 50 pence in the meter please at HQ

When I came back online I got my adventure canceled and all troops not loaded on a general returned with 1½ hours further delay.

Hmmmm

HAve just had my game crash with a 'zone error'

Now can't get back in at all.

Exact message is "Server Zone crashed"

"An error was detected on this zone. Please try again"

I have tried again... same browser, different browser, different home computer, computer in my office.

Same error everywhere.

Have sent ticket to support but don't expect a response very soon. Is there still an overnight script which runs to try and fix these cases?

Any constructive ideas welcome please

Seems they are doing an unexpected maintenance now, to solve the problems with crashed zone's.

Hi all,

we will restart all GWs shortly to remove an issue that locked many zones recently. After the restart the issue the already locked zones should be unlocked.

My SE has been cancelled in the middle.!!!!. I have received part of experinece and new adventure:(. Quests not completed. !!!!

There was a message on start up screen saying they were restarting all GW zones to clear another bug

Anyone else not able to get back online on newfoundland?

Now it says the server has gone to a SPA! Charming!

The servers are currently being restarted as announced by BB_Pandur.

Please keep an eye on the front page for news.

We got the warning 3 minutes before shutdown. This kind of behaviour is not good for your business Ubisoft/BB. If there is a game reset or maintenance I expect to be notified at least 4 hours in advance so I don't start an expedition.

Was on camp 36 SE when game goes down.Same like u, have 3 Quests to be done.

applied skunk on barracks, but wasn't able to put some troops in queue on time :( can't get back the wasted production time

Was on second last attack - Black Nights. interesting to see what will happen when we get back online.

A well in advance warning would have been acceptable...not 5 min.

I think BB need to reintroduce the night maintenance as it was before. From the time they closed night maintenance they started waste our play time during mornings and during days and this is not acceptable.

BB reintroduce nightly maintenance and finish this [removed] actions that do not allow players play the game!
