Is there any way to send all my explorers/geologists or groups of, on the same type of Search
eg, all explorers, short adventure search etc?
it is really game breaking having to do this for all individual explorers over and over again.

it's all part of the TSO experience :)
At the moment, there isn't a command like this. If you take a look in the Game Suggestions section of the forum, there have been suggestions for a way of automating specialists to repeat the same task, but I don't think there has been one for "send all". Maybe you could add a thread there? :)

I think this would be a welcome feature! I find it more and more time consuming to send my geos and explorers always out all the time, it is becoming a chore and is really boring me. When you end up having over a dozen explorers, being able to send them out in groups SAVES TIME so I can spend it on more interesting parts of the game.
