well they probably dont know its happening yet...my friend on US says no reports of it there so could be just the european servers

Looks like a perpetually pending request to http://w01bb01.thesettlersonline.com/authenticate, server issue, I'm gonna try again in an hour.
think only EU-servers have the problem - US-server Ares is up.
I cant log in,the part where tips are shown and u need to click the green arrow is there all the time the arrow won t turn green

The problem is that I cannot play.
The `Close` button on the prompting screen remains gray.
And I tried with cleaned cash.
Something happened in the last half an hour.

Finally got in, just needed to wait it out on the green tick screen.
Same problem, staring at blinking messages for 15 min , cant enter the game. Tyvm BB for a pleasant gaming experience.

on german forum BB say you may get in if you keep trying - but everything is running veeery slow -

Yea same here taff, just waiting for tick to work
wont load gets past the first screen then just times out your hotfix broke the game
