one of the things I like about this game is that when we have a problem BB sends us these gifts; real shame that there are so few people saying thank you compared to the number of people who complained so much

Yes there can be problems happening within the Game's Engineering as a few new cogs are added as a special treat to increase variance to gameplay.
Sometimes it can only be a couple of tissue paper widths that muck things up. A big job in the whole big picture of things.
Workmen acted fast to do repairs as always.
Remember that they never want to have hiccups in the system.

There's been nothing in my mailbox this time, always received these sort of things before
anyone active recently (probably 2 weeks)
That should include me then, been dipping in and out every other day
