Bought scenario from event shop, fully completed it, received loot but achievement did not complete. Refreshed, cleared cache, changed browser, ran ccleaner, changed browser......so where is my completed achievement please?

Kudos for trying the usual solutions! This requires the help of our Support Team though, so please get in contact with them via our Contact Form - explain what you've tried so far, and they should verify the scenario completion.
Find it hard to believe I am the only one with this issue.

You're not. Someone was commenting in my guild chat last night that they had done the Easter Egg scenario three times, but that his achievement progress had only acknowledged him doing it once.Quote:

Not sure what else they expect. Be wanting us to screenshot every end of an adventure plus the loot and saving them in case there is a problem.
i had same problem last year.
I have a question, is there a way to monitor the purchases of merchant "easter Event" or a way to monitor adventures played by players so the can sort this issue...
It really sucks, and each adventures costs 99eggs which is way more investment than loot which may be of 10-20 eggs worth...
kindlty sort this issue out as am not in a mood to buy more advs and play this boring adv for 2 achievements...(while I already paid and played 5 where do the eggs comes from".
i also have no bridge think quest is broken big time.
Getting comical, response from support was to say the developers are aware of the problem bt that there is nothing that they as support can do to help me with apologies on behalf of them and the developers//////
So, if neither support nor the devs can sort this then who can??
Can see me rushing to buy gems in future on what would seem to be a game where the coding is out of the devs control.
That is fine as long as support actually do something. All we ever get is a tough luck message and they close a ticket as resolved when it has not been resolved...BB sold me a scenario for 99 eggs for me to complete to obtain an achievement. I completed my part of that deal and BB failed to complete their part. Therefore, as a buyer I am entitled to, as a minimum, the return of the cost of the scenario. That is a very easy task for support but, sadly, they simply cannot be bothered and hence lose any chance of me investing further cash in the game. I still await resolution and will continue to mail support for some progress - despite the fact that they closed the ticket.....Quote:

It works fine for me too, but there seems to be a problem that is only affecting some of the event achievements for some players.

9 out of 10 and 14 out of 15, we tried to apply one more buff to verify and I can confirm that the counters stayed stuck at the pointed numbers. It looks like a bug. Could you please check?

yeah - exactly the same issue here, have tried all the 'fix it yourself' activities and still no luck.
Well I got the same reply. Developers are aware of the issue and working on it. Let's hope they will finish working before the event ends :)
Same here, stuck at 7/10 for dealing with partycrashers. Stuck at 9/10 for completing guild quests.
The last 2 party crashers achievements are stuck for me on 9/10 and 14/15 even though I must have done 16 or more. Can't see how 14 can be done but not 10 in any case !

Well with only one day left it seems the developers will not fix the issue and we will not be able to get the points from these achievements. They even started deleting other threads related to this problem....
I guess they don't care much about their clients anymore. Very disappointing .... :(

was able to get to lvl 6 basket without help from BB. at least the requirement isnt complete all achievements..
i still need a quest to trigger every 5 days, does not seem to Work at all since its now 7 days since last quest.
