CAUTION Disappearing Buildings

Hi all

Im really annoyed 2 days ago for the 2nd time in 4 weeks My level 6 academy disappeared from the top left of my island. I really am annoyed and I sent a ticket to bb as I didnt want to spend another 3 weeks building it again just to lose it.

Tonight I went to check Just in case bb had put it back where it was and one of my level 6 armories has disappeared. This is becoming a joke and bb havent done anything about the first building yet. the only good thing is that I sent a screenshot 2 days ago of where my academy was and it showed my 2 l6 armories. Not sure what they are messing with in the game but there really are too many unresolved bigs

My level 6 bookbinder vanished some weeks ago. Was able to re-build it from build menu. Didn't bother contacting support as all I would get is another 'we are aware etc' mail in reply.

yeah I dont feel they will do much to help But as I had just rebuilt it from last time I am a bit disheartened 3 weeks of waiting for it and then this and now the armory too

any chance of a pic with location?

logged in to the game this morning and noticed there are a lot of
buildings missing from my island :mad::mad::mad:
some have gone back into my star menu but but the one that use licences or are mines are just gone

7 magnificent residence
7 lvl 6 imp water mills
2 lvl 6 friarys
1 lvl 6 recycling manufactury
about 5 lvl 6 imp farms
1 lvl 6 combat academy
1 football pitch
2 lvl 6 floating res
2 lvl 6 granite mason
1 lvl 6 platinum smelter
1 lvl 6 titanum smelter
1 industrial saltpeter mine
1 industrial titanium mine

Sounds like Metrix is falling apart. Sure sign of the end of the world as we know it. :)

mag res cant be lvl 6

everything on my island was lvl 6 apart from res buildings

waited 6 days to get a reply from support to then get the usual useless response to clear my cache :mad::mad::mad:
this is clearly bug not a cache problem one that is really making me think about quitting this game

My lvl 6 bookbinder disappeared too.

level 6 bookbinder vanished before christmas, had to fully re build

It would help the others to see if they have used the same spots and have their buildings in danger.

There are reports of this issue on the North American forums also. Based on the discussion there, it appears the problem area may be in sector 7 where rocks have been removed (top left side), although it's a bit soon to say for certain. prntscr.com/mgznlw I built wells here now as they are cheap to rebuild. One did disappear in last 2 days. Support did answer my original post They sent me cost of Rebuilding 1 of the 3 buildings but were unable to do any more. Its happened on Zeus too from what I can read on their forums so not an uncommon problem Just dont build costly or time consuming buildings in areas where rocks were removed thats all i can advise.. :)

Hmmm as i didnt know where the bug was i hadnt noticed any changes on a packed island but thanx to the picture of sector 7 i just noticed have a gold tower missing

Just placing this post here that I found on the US forum. Seemed relevant and important if true. Personally, I haven't had any troubles with that particular sector but I have not removed any mountains from it either (just a random rubble or two).

I have a Scouting Post up there and have had it since they were available. There have been no problems.

Since this thread has made me paranoid considering how BB is handling the support on this and apparent lack of response about the potential bug I moved it somewhere on the Archipelago that was never bombed or otherwise changed. I built a well in it's place just to see if it stays there or not. Thanks for the info on this.

i asked for a update on the issue and instead of getting one they closed my ticket and then said

i was asking them for a update on my missing buildings so there is nothing confidential about asking them for a update

After 18 days of waiting for support I was told it was me who deleted my bookbinder.

Your not allowed to say of course (because responses from support are confidential) but I don't suppose they gave you the courtesy of some kind of log or transaction that proves that?

I suppose it's possible you did, and once I managed to delete a level 6 something because I was moving too fast and cleaning up iron mines, but I sure knew I did it and won't forget it and am much more careful now.
