I've bought all those packages off events so far and it says 1x available for me.
I think the trigger is the candid exp you get one in this pack but you was also able to buy a extra one from the merchant anyway i had already bought it so couldnt buy the treat package my wife hadnt so she could buy the delisious treat and once she did her limit on candid in the merchant went to 0 stopping her buying one..so to me any seems if you already have the max 3 candids you cant buy the package

Another epic fail!
The candid explorer is a christmas explorer and we got 1 in 2017 and 1 in 2018 at some point recently they added a 3rd to the shop you could buy making the total 3.... anyone who has bought the 3rd can now not buy the Delicious treat pack as it would take your limit to 4 and they havent adjusted the allowed limit

Lol. don't know why u guys bought that 15k gem package, ty BB, I dodged a bullet there as there was a wondrous which u got free from calendar & a medic that u got from 2nd comm goal making that 15k package well overpriced, small package was good enough for me, 8k package here for a candid that cost 5k anyway? ty BB, almost makes up for the chancers that got that extra scout last event.

cant see what the delay is go increase the amount of candids u can buy by another 1 and refresh the server we should all be able to buy the pack then
I wouldn't get your hopes up, having 3 candid scouts is huge advantage in events, not sure BB would allow another so soon, and if they did they would have to up the limit in merchant too.
I must say the new package is great, got the candid scout that I missed in the big bundle & a 3rd arch geo to help with those lucky finds :)

it shouldnt be that hard to give an update really. Either it will be fixed or it won;t be fixed
We all seem to know the potential issue and hence the fix - As to adding a 4th scout to the max- it should not be that much of a game impact on people that have gotten scouts from events the past few years - Yes for newer ones it is, but then they can use the little extra boost as well
well thats BB problem not the players if they didnt want players being able to have 4 candids then they should of left the 3rd out of the shop or picked another specialist for the pack either way they need to fix there mistake i would happily take a refund on the 4999 spent for the explorer if i can then buy the pack as the pack is much better valueQuote:

Yeah, I agree about the extra candid issue, I only bought him in the shop as I avoided buying the big bundle. How will BB sort this out?
Every future event including Halloween & Xmas will, I assume have a special bundle in it for gems. Will players be prevented from buying this now as they capped for certain scouts?
I guess BB are going to lose a lot of gems sales if they keep bringing out these dumb deals that half the people can't buy
Why do BB again ignore us again ? Why don`t they bother to confirm that this is not working - or is it a feature to put stuff that only some players can buy- even if they have not bought it before??????? If it is it is a pretty strange thing to do.
Do they prefer that all players bother the pretty useless support system and get one of the 3 standard replies back ??
Would be much easier for everyone just to put a proper response here.

We are working on a solution to this issue. When I get more information regarding this I will update this thread.

they can put the bundle in the regular shop just like the other one- making it available again is no real issue, fixing the block wothout making others be able to buy it a second time might be trickier

Well it kind of solved itself - the bundle is gone. Maybe this is not a bug but a new feature. Easy way to make new stuff - the new stuff can be reused endlessly if no one can buy it. But it does give BB a problem,- if no one pays - then BB does not earn anything.Quote:
