One of hungarian players has the same problem. She has bought gems for money 1 month ago. She sent the money, but gems didn't appear at her.
I helped to write a letter to support in english, but support didn't answer her. No answer, no gems, no money.
Support didn't answer my letter too in another issue.
Please check the team!

a month ago I bought gems and I didn't receive anything, the people from the support didn't help me either, remaining with the money given and without gems. today I suffered the same thing again. Is it still worth getting tired of this game?
Assume you eventually got your gems last time because if you didnt you would be a fool to try again...you will get them just there slow at giving them back out until they confirm the proof ..having you receipt will help do as already suggested and if support hasnt answered message the BB on this forum in this thread
I bought gems this morning and still have nothing in my account either. It's been roughly 11 hours since I purchased them. Never had an issue before. I sent an email to support, hopefully they get it sorted.
If you bought gems and didn't receive them, please contact our support team, they will be able to help. To speed up the process, please add a receipt.
I bought gems yesterday - 22,000 during happy hour. No gems appeared. Raised a ticket with support - no response. Looks like I'm £35 down
just re-submit, eventually it lands on a helpful desk
