Hopefully the performance will fix the Zone Refresh but I suspect not. Shame as that along with the generals jump are really annoying.
At least the Quest won't keep jumping, hugely detracts from the game play during events :(
Does it means i get my building licenses from clearing 8 sectors.
Looks good. Nice to see some of the annoying bugs being addressed.

I lost a PFB after 2 days of being dropped on me. Will it get returned to the person who dropped it, as i have had zero response to the ticket i submitted to tech support?
Yeah alot of fixes - good work
hint - try to use ci/cd for faster deployment ;)
And still server side bug of charming geologist / charming deposits disappearing in few hours is not fixed nor a priority (and many other bugs)
All good updates and nice to see some core issues being addressed - can we also have a heads up for the next key issues that have made it into the plan?
Building cooldowns and jumping generals would be nice!

Wanna know if most of the lastest changes to timers on building are fixed or not among rest of issues there is in game are corrected in this update or new bugs are introduced?
so I spent a gems for SP and Obs to get a cooldown I need. Now it doesn't work, and you won't fox this issue as I can see from the log. Is it a marketing trick: if you want a cooldown as you had, spend more gems and buy an extra building?
Cooldown?
Zone refresh?
Gen focus on advs?
General suckiness?
It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas my final event.
i've no idea if the stated bug fixes work......it was taking so long to load and not drawing island, i gave up. So total failure at first point of "playing" really, making all the other bugs irrelevant
Don't like the sound of the endless 1 page message list, bad enough already trying skip past a "buff-bombing".
Sad to see quest log still not being addressed, it's crippling performance, turning even short letter quests into an ordeal.
I want to see fixed PVP game, we cant switch attack units. :(
PVP is somewhere at the back of the list- it works in client if u really intent on doing it
Please, don't forget to fix the Scared explorer as it was noticed through the Halloween event.
they are not likely to fix anything between now and maintenance anymore unless it is already on their list- the package will be finalized and then maintenance will roll it out next week- dunno if any maintenance was already schedulled this week either- but they wont mess with the package on monday for sure
So if it is not in this deployment, you most likely have to wait till valentine event maintenance unless we are extremely lucky and get one in january

Edit: Ok. find out in our help, that it doesnt affect all. So something like it was here before with some, that couldnt load.

Dopn't worry, whatever it is that went wrong on the french update, will get sorted out with emergency maintenance - and hopefully not being first means it is fixed b4 they put it up here :p
Been down 3 days now and no sign of maintenance to fix it.
BB also got confused because we screenshotted an error message that refers to the client, assuming we were using that, but error is coming to everybody.
Uploaded memory dumps, console dumps and reports from sniffers, all 4 main browsers hitting the same brick wall, missing <key> values over and over, something got seriously corrupted by that maintenance.
Would rather have no event than no game.
Affecting a lot, and barely any posts on any other subject on their forum since.

So any update on the change log situation? ( French server ) Are you `working on it' ? silly question I know, but it leads onto will it be fixed before rolling it out on these servers, delayed event launch or fixed `after' rolling it out on these servers? It would be nice to know before the end of the work day today and not left for us to find out tomorrow when we can't get in, just saying..
Long running problem with the ticketing system tigger, been several years now the system has been closing my tickets before support even respond, so have to create new ones quoting the old reference to reply with more info etc... which then also closes before response, and before you know it you're referring to 5 or 6 ticket numbers just so they can string the conversation together.
I wish,still can't get in, so better wish everyone a Merry Xmas now, and a Happy New Year.

CHANGES & IMPROVEMENTS
- Buff: Fixed an issue that prevented medipacks produced in the Sickbay from applying to defeated Generals
- Buff: Fixed an issue that caused the effect of the A Handful of Balloons buff to be less potent than advertised
- Building: The Balloon Market can be moved using the Move Building tool again
- Building: Adjusted the Celebrative Lookout & Ghost Lantern to give out additional loot when more than 5 of them are placed on the home island, up to a limit of 10.
- Building: Adjusted the Christmas Trees to give out additional loot when more than 5 of them are placed on the home island, up to a limit of 15.
- Event: Fixed an issue that caused the remaining time of an event to be displayed incorrectly on login
- Localisation: Fixed various localization issues shown as UnknownID
- Mails: Replies to replies of guildmails are no longer sent to the entire guild
- Mails: Collecting trade mails via collect all feature does no longer delete resources
- Skills: Fixed an issue that caused Explorer skills and traits, which increase loot on treasure searches, to not function
We also extended the time of the maintenance until 15:00 CET.
Don't open a new ticket. Open your email with a ticket confirmation link, click this link to open the ticket. Once you are there, submit a second post to update the ticket and leave it opened/active. Worked for me many times. And if the ticket is closed automatically as you mentioned you can reopen it the same way (add new comment) and it won't be closed again by the system. Anyway response time is very long... But the ticket will be in the queue.
@BB_Trafffer what about cooldown issue?
We don't use the old support system anymore, the new support system technology is different now. So far, players who said their ticket was closed unanswered have found their answers in the Spam/Junk/Marketing folders. If you still can't find it, please share the TicketID with me, and I will look into it.
