Hi, I'm currently busy with the new Starfall quest, I am at the part "Residue Processing" where I need to craft a Basic Compendium of Starfall Phenomenon Discoveries, but this costs 850 Star Shards, yet I only have 849 in my storage...how do I get more Star Shards? Is this intentional or a bug?

I have the same problem but i am two short.
I am also one Star Shard short of 850.

This is a known issue, forwarded to our Dev Team.
I have the same problem with 849 Shards,cannot do anything for the Quest.
M2 same problem. Reported issue, opened ticket 3 days ago, they asked me questions about this problem but my impression they don't understand what I am talking about.
Due to repairs they could send few star shards as a gift, that would let go ahead with the quest. Or starshards could be made tradable, or at least, like guild quests, could be finished using few gems.
Joining the party with -1 one Shard.
Key words: Missing star shard/shards (for people searching about this. I did no find the thread initially)
Hi any update on this issue? I registered the problem over a week ago, but after being told to be patient my ticket was closed and still no resolution. I would love to be able to participate in this.

I was hoping that the update would have resolved our problem but it has not. I have relogged the issue. Can you please give us some idea about a timeframe for this?

Just read the changelog:
Quests: The Starfall quest "Safekeeping" goal has been lowered to 145 star shards, leaving enough resource to complete the follow-up quest "Residue processing"
Sucks that we're already on it haha.
same issue 849, and yes DANUS1986 100% right, we stuck on this quest, and we have requirement 850 items.

Can you send us out a few shards in mail - send them to everyone as part of the Easter bundle?

Another update and this problem is still unresolved, begining to feel a trifle annoyed.

Latest bugfix round did not fix anything at all, quest is still broken, still on 849 / 850 shards since February.
Come on BB, how hard is it to fix this really, just mail everyone 5-10 shards and be done with this!
Just a kick so it's on top again, though I doubt anyone from BB is even reading the forums. It's been 6 months already, pff.
