Are BB delaying publishing the dev diary because they know what an unpopular move making just one love tree (in the largest bundle at that, not even a standalone item) available to players for flowers will be? Or did they actually take the feedback from the test server on board and the reason for the delay is that they need to amend the dev diary to reflect an update to the merchant? Obviously I know BB too well to hope it's the latter. At this point you have to wonder why they even bother asking for feedback - they ignore all player suggestions and seem to have given up on fixing about 99% of known bugs. Valentines was the one event of the year that was still engaging for older players - it actually had some worthwhile items in the merchant and the shorter duration provided a bit of a challenge for those of us who have enough explorers to just let them do all the heavy lifting in other events. I know this comment serves no practical purpose but the changes made to the event merchant on the test server left a really sour taste and I want to vent at BB.
It's quite annoying and very frustrating how the game has declined over time.
Maybe BB are hoping we will all stop playing and go away?
I stopped spending real money on TSO some time ago, and if I wasn't such a fan of The Settlers franchise I would be long gone.
Shame on you BB.
I fear we will get a bad valentine event. BB's track record of changing stuff between test and live, based on player feedback is erm very bad to non existent. Our only hope on that is that this was spotted before they finalized the package for live and changed it on their own.
Otherwise it will be an underwhelming event- esp for the newer players who yet again only see the gap with the older playerbase increasing instead of decreasing - Less good items and more expensive does little for the newer players
The older playerbase will be impacted a lot less as the marginal increases from event goodies keep going down (well unless they once again forget to adjust item maximum and we can;t buy the bundles at all because they are locked due to hitting a max on something silly )
We will see on monday
why do new explorers every time if you don't have brought the multisent option to the game

How can you even exist as company with such poor respons on items which don't work properly.

How many do you need? There are just too little deposits, all made in 2011, with a few granite, saltpeter and titanium added later, whooptiedoo, another geologist. *skip*
3 Geo's from start in tavern, 9 new deposits, 38 new geologists....
And some 100 ? buildings with no place to put... wow...
The game and island size was made in what, 2011? Since then how many new buildings? 100+ ? *insert "I have no idea" :confused: game dev. answer here * Still same size island's 2011? Oh wait.. incoming peninsula ancient comment: please here!
BB come one, give at least 100 new building space's you might keep old time (paying) players in the game.
What other buildings should I destroy for new event building things... ah, wait... nothing....

We have been giving feedback for ages that has been completely :mad::mad: ignored by BB. So why give feedback if it is ignored anyway?

When are we going to get some things we want, like larger chat size for example? The game is still made for 640*480 resolution, not for my 3440*1440 mediocre screen.

Why not raise level cap to say 200? or 1000? I don't care, I don't want to level up, because every adventure takes 18967023w4578 gazillion rsi mouse clicks ! Why being stuck on level 80 for 10 years?
SO not asking for me, but for people who are lvl 80. Oh and if lvl cap is raised, let people who have been 10 years lvl 80 reap rewards of all their previous endeavors and let them use xp so they reach whatever new level cap is...

@Camulus, yes, I still login just to laugh and wonder, how simple some folks can be. often put laugh critics in global and still "believers" oppose me.
@ Drouc&Bob: coz they think they are still Ubi GODS of gaming, even tho original devs starting new projects, all is in ground, and you can track Ubi performance on Share price as well, god those Transcripts for holders are laugh.
@ most: they claim to have support, but after sending away free workforce, most is invisible, on Sandy player says they auto close tickets after 24h if you don`t bump it (aka you really care, and might rise your voice somewhere), CM promise to show is ... well, he plays other server after Traff he did ballooooon promises and disappeared.
What more to write?
only hope is for them to sell the game, before it goes bankrupt, but hey, still some folks buying gems, so maybe long time ahead to suffer. LOOOL.

this milk cow of 90ties and eearly millennium turned out very sour. Considering they did 100s of mils @that times (worth billions todays $$), this, properly done, could have eeeasily surpassed Angry birds, Candy Farmville and such. All those times wasted. Noone even works on mobile anyway.
Would like to see the mass send option for explorers, wouldn't need to make it much different to the method we use to send multiple gens to adv's so this shouldn't be so hard to implement.
Shady dealings been sitting there a while now with an unobtainable achievement attached to it, maybe get that going again.
Increase the cap to 100 at least with some new questline after each lev up akin to a really hard crisis or cultist quest! the high level should represent a tough questline with maybe a time limit. Use those follow up adv that no one play like old friends etc. Plenty ideas to add life to the game!
at least the ball keeps rolling and the game is still alive
