3rd Event with Login Problems

This event, marks the 3rd event, since Halloween 2024, where at the last days of an event, and especially over the weekend, the game becomes inaccessible the majority of the community. This is now a pattern from your side, and without any explanation, nor a feasible solution from your side.

I will not even mention that the same login problems appear every other weekend, regardless of an event running or not.

Your inability to keep a resource up, is astounding, there is no continuity plan from your side, the services just fail.

You even have the audacity to announce new features, while not solving the mess that is Unity at the moment!

The game runs on autopilot, and the autopilot has failed. It feels like it is a matter of time, until the game dies altogether with no effort from your side.

From friday and still ongoing TSO has been almost unplayable.

The biggest problem in my opinion is the total lack of communication. No information on login page, no information ingame, no information on facebook and no information/response/reply on this forum from any BB staff. Probably dont read here either...

They can't even wipe their asses, let alone keep the server and month running properly

Agree. For 2 days no response to my support ticket, no comments, no information.

Again it seems its all Sandycove issues.

2nd full office day and still no info from BB, played online games for 30 years, and this beats them all in poor communication with their players.

No response to the tickets, no no fixes, no information.

I guess it is finally happening what I have been expecting for quite some time now: they are going down and the game will be shut down for good in the near future. Just check the stock price of Ubisoft: Down almost 50% over the last year and down over 80% over the last 5 years.

Business risk - people will not pay for features in the game if there is a high probability to have an issue with login, drive nuts and abandon game immediately after transaction.
Mitigation - to do nothing. Is Ubisoft being prepared for bankruptcy and selling for 1 bak to competitors?

So, now 7 days since Sandycove started having problems, and still is almost unplayable for us all, still no attention here from BB. Anyone seen or heard anything on the german forum?

4 days later from my previous post....and game on Sandycove is worse than ever.
Takes hours to get log in and seconds to get kicked out again. Some also get locked out until next day.
Might be lucky to get game running for some minutes if we dont buff, build, move, send explorers, collect mails, starting an addie than will run for ages...
Still no information from you (BB) despite alot of tickets sent from Sandycove's players and posts here on forum...
You are killing our love to this game this way!

Several in my Guild are reporting multiple buff drops - eg apply one Mining Guide and 6 are used.
We've seen similar when dropping FlowerFarm refills - eg a single drop on one Farm gets repeated 3 times.
Occasionally we send one trade offer and multiple offers appear at the other end.
One Guildie bought a LonerGen from the Merchant, but the game gave him two and drained his Flowers.

Friends and relatives playing on the other Realms are not seeing any such problems with the game.

The animation shows 'Hammer Man', but its more like the servers are being attacked by a chainsaw-wielding ketamine addict.

The sad thing for u guys is, it is only sandycove that has this issue - so the problem is limited in BB's eyes and hence not top priority

God knows what top priority is these days though as we dont see much of any fixes/improvements or anything,

(i don't count adding a new item and rearranging event rewards as programming or fixing things and other than event recycling, not much seems to happen at BB for TSO)

So how do we get things moving in the right direction? With little to no confidence left in BB's handling of matters, pitiful communication and ridiculous good faith gestures. We are constantly asked to purchase Gems which is basically run like a lottery, buy gems and one lucky winner will have access to the game and be able to use them in the merchants for whatever they desire. All none winners will be able to continue to make further gems purchases in the future as this will suffer no restrictions thus allowing more opportunities at getting that magic ticket and gaining access to not only the game but also new items in the merchants. It may sound appealing to the more gullible, but I feel this attitude is wearing very thin indeed. We, the players, don't ask a lot, maybe you consider our requests to address issues and be more informed unreasonable. Possibly the solutions are beyond your capabilities, I don't know. But what I do know is that sooner or later irreparable damaged would have been done and all the promises of further false dawns will fall on deaf ears. Hopefully before the total demise and complete devastation someone, somewhere, somehow will be hearing the problems and try at least to sort them. Even if its a long process, small achievements in the right direction would be noticed and may well seen as a genuine attempt on solutions thus restoring a little faith and belief, which at the moment is a scarce commodity. The ball, as they say, is in your court. You can return it and we continue to play or keep it and we take our rackets and go elsewhere. Afterall, its not as if the warning signals aren't there, you just keep refusing to see them.

It might be a limited problem for BB, but Goldenau is also affected with the same problems. Any realm not working should be a priority to resolve, during events even more. The biggest problem here is the total lack of information, doesent cost much effort to write some lines on this forum, facebook, login page etc.

second day in a row I get "hammerman" when trying to login in the evning time (this morning no issue btw), I am on Northisle. May no longer be a "limited issue"....

Bankeris tried to get some answer on german forum, as BB fully ignores this one and thats the answer:
Die Probleme auf der Spielwelt liegen uns vor, aber da dies das deutsche Forum ist, und die betroffene Spielwelt nicht auf dieser Instanz liegt, werde ich das Thema schließen.

We are aware of the problems in the game world, but since this is the German forum and the affected game world is not on this instance, I will close the topic.

So what BB says in a bit polite way, we know about the problem, but we dont care, really, so GFY.

Still taking me an hour to get in the game, then lose connection so many times I can't play to do even simple daily tasks. It's been over a week. No word from BB.
I sent a ticket, they replied they don't know when it will be fixed...

Maybe ask to transpose everyone to Northisle and have it over and done with- then they can chuck the server in the rhine and ignore other issues instead of this one )

They can't do that as some people, me included, have accounts on both servers, which means people would have more than one island and that's not allowed.

And I said that in global on Sandy, BB and UBI after this experience are toxic for me, banned myself to start anything they have hands on, so if they unplug what I was building over time on Sandy, not starting from 0. Will find something else to do to pass time.
But looks like end is nearer.

Been unplayable for 10 days, and not a single "bip" from BB
Shows that they actually don't give a fuck about us.
But nothing new there.
They must earn alot, cause they don't use anything on employes or hardware.......
