Dear settlers,

June 12: Wondrous Summer Residence
June 13: Wondrous Summer Residence also for Gems
Thanks for the update, but the US server (website) is still broken.
Removed items
These were useful items from last year's merch and have now been removed and/or moved into a bundle:
- Lucky Explorer (last year it was in the Box and the Chest bundles)
- Wondrous Summer Residence (last year it was in the Box and the Chest bundles)
- Improved Floating Res. (last year it was in the Box and the Chest bundles)
- General Sylvana (last year it was in the Chest bundle)
- Recycling Manufactory (last year it was in the Box bundle)
- Dark Roofed Warehouse (2999 balls, max. 2)
Bad moves
- Removing the Wondrous Summer Residence is a huge pain point for the high-level players. This building is one of the few must-haves in every event to increase our population.
- Removing any explorers in any way is always a terrible move. Now we don't have a chance to get Lucky Explorer.
- Keep the limit (3) on the Storage Tower is still very bad. We complained about this limitation last year when it was introduced. In the past, it was unlimited.
Good moves
- Both the new Prospector Workshop and the Jewel Crafter Workshop buildings are exciting. The buff input resource concepts are interesting, even tho it's expensive and the creation process is slow. But the buffs are interesting as well
- Efficient Platinum Smelter is a nice improvement
- Vesty is nice. I'm looking forward to seeing the list of maps we can obtain from him.
Conclusion and suggestions
This year's merch is ... hmmm... it has pros and cons again...
First of all, the most important feedback: please add back the Wondrous Summer Residence and the Lucky Explorer, and remove the limit from the storage towers.
None of the new buildings and buffs are tradable. Please make some tradable!
Limit increases are a good idea/move, but unfortunately, they occurred on the wrong items.
Previous feedbacks:
Greetings,
They should now be available again. Sorry for making you wait!
It will be available for 1x for 5995 footballs (Edit: and 3x 8395 Gems), it was just missing on testserver. :)Quote:

And the Us sever is not functioning.
And why can't I express my displeasure with the fact that there is no flag for my country?

Thank you for mentioning this. I wasn't aware that it had been reduced from 3 to 1, otherwise I would have listed it under Misc. I followed up with the developer just to be sure, and it turns out the internal documentation was incomplete. Here's the correct information: 1x for 5995 footballs and 3x for 8395 gems. I've updated the Changes accordingly.
Generally speaking, please understand that we may not always automatically know or recognize every historical value or small change from the past. Especially in a long-running game like TSO, some of these details were not always documented clearly or may have been unintentionally overlooked over time. If you notice something like this, feel free to let us know. We truly appreciate it and will continue doing our best to improve internal processes and documentation so we can offer more reliable information. :)
Thank you, Mirade, for the reply and the correction in the merch! :) We appreciate it! It's great to see that you're listening to us! Additionally, we hope that CipSoft will give more consideration to the feedback and take our requests and suggestions into account. BB did not do this well (especially at the end of their ownership). Hence, many valuable players decided to leave the game. I personally truly hope CipSoft wants to fix this.
In 2023 (started with the Anniversary event), BB decided to change their strategy on event's merch and took a greedy way. Therefore, they drastically changed the good, old merch and (re)moved some crucial standalone items (e.g. explorers) and introduced these new, overpriced bundles where they put some good, and some very outdated items into those.
I'm not saying that all new bundles and changes are bad. I'm saying that most of those changes were detrimental, and they didn't take our feedback into account.
If you check my previous feedback (linked all of those in my recent feedback at the end), you will see my suggestions and others' comments as well. And the same on the test server.
So, in terms of the Summer event, last year was shocking for many players. BB removed 6 standalone explorers (Benevolent explorer 1 balls/3 gems, Adventurous explorer 1 gems, Lucky explorer 1 balls) and they moved some of those into bundles. They introduced a limit of 3 on Storage Tower, which was previously unlimited.
My generic suggestion was always like: add more stuff to the merch, but don't remove stuff, unless those are really outdated. Bundles can be good if the price is in parity with their content. You can add items to the bundle, but that doesn't necessarily mean you need to remove the standalone item from the merch.
And the game is still broken, Sandycove
You could have at least added Sylvana, but instead you've traded a useful general for one that's worthless. Where do I get this general now?
