Stoid2012 has asked for some ideas on trading relationships within the guild a common market if you will. I suggest 2 systems multi-axial and hub. A axial system is say player A has a partnership with B and C for example however for B it would be not C but D so that it is inter-connected trading system though not always directly connected. Another option is Hub systems where surplusses are notified at a hub, a central market. Perhaps a combination of both is best.

Axial system player notify surplus and shortage materials within a small group and therefore building mutually supportive trading relationships. If I have a consistant marble surplus and a coal shortage then a simple exchange mechanism is worked out.
