"Global limit" of certain specialists per event

I just saw that there's no MMA on test server and as someone who only has one MMA this is very sad because doing advs with only one MMA is just too slow, also every player whom I asked has told that MMA has been on easter merchant from the moment it was invented, why not just keep him there? Give us a chance to get more if we need them.

AFter all those years I understand that some players come to a point when they don't need more MMAs, but they can just skip buying it and buy something else... as for people like me who haven't been playing for (quite) a while and missed out many events I still think we should be allowed a chance to get more of them

Seeing how everyone's been complaining about "not being able to have 2 Boris generals after this year's easter event, I would like to recommend that you just make a "global limit" for number of certain specialists (particularly "new ones" or "really good ones" - like Boris for example)...

In such cases when you want to limit the amount of certain specialists people can have you can just make the same number for everyone - for example, global limit for MMAs is 5, you can allow someone with only 2 MMAs to buy only 3 of them during event, and someone who has 3 to buy only 2 of them, someone who has 0 to be able to buy all 5 during event... also I would recommend that this type of limit gets increased every year by 1, for example... there was Boris last year so limit was one... I would increase this Global limit to 2 - so players who played last year don't feel "grounded" for being there and not skipping him last year... so they can still get one more, and so that players who didn't play last year and feel the need to "catch-up" can still get 1 more than the players from last year... that way all players have a chance to happily increase the amount of Boris generals they have (if they can afford it) and no one is complaining,

I would like to recommend the same thing for pretty much every specialist you want to limit this way (maybe MMA wasn't the best example but I guess generals like Major or Nusala or Vargus or Anslem etc....)
