Hi all, whats the easiest way to grind these out? Is there an easy mode i.e. keep doing easy islands, or are you forced into harder content as your pvp level increases?

Hi all, whats the easiest way to grind these out? Is there an easy mode i.e. keep doing easy islands, or are you forced into harder content as your pvp level increases?
Do the ones that are the most fun and easiest for you. You can drop your strength and colony tiers (not level) just by finding an a colony, visiting it and then canceling.
