[Guild Market] Second Community Vote

Dear Settlers,

Below we present the newest update of the developer's diary. It is about the changes that will be introduced to the game in the future.

As you know, the offer in the Guild market is changed from time to time. This time we will again let the world wide community of The Settlers Online to choose TWO items that will be included in the upcoming update of the Guild market category. It is up to the entire world wide community to decide which TWO items will be included for sure.

Voting facts
Start: Friday, 09th of August, ~17:00 CEST

End: Sunday, 18th of August, ~23:00 CEST

Who?
All players from all language versions can vote once in their instance.

Where?
Use the website login. After some time a pop-up will show up on our community/news site.
A click on the picture will redirect you to the survey.

How?
In the survey you can easily select your TWO favorite items (two of six) and submit your vote.

Items:
The votings of all language versions (instances) will be summed up. 1 player can vote for TWO items.
Two items with most votes wins.

Results:
The results of the worldwide election will be presented approx. in calendar week 35 (August 26 - September 01).

There are a couple of reasons why the results are not presented instantly after the survey ends. The extended time is needed to make sure there will be neither double votes nor attemps of cheating via multiaccounts. Afterwards we need to sum up the votes from all language versions and discuss with the development team when the changes will be live.

Two following items from the current Guild market offer will stay:

Effect: It makes the output 3 times higher, the boost lasts 4 hours.

Name: Piero's Bowl of Pasta
Type: Buff
Effect: It makes the output 3 times higher, the boost lasts 8 hours.
Price: 380 Guild Coins
All other items will be exchanged to:

Name: Luxury Resource Box (max: not limited)
Type: Item
Effect: It provides a random luxury resource (e.g. Granite or Titan ore).
Price: 1900 Guild Coins

Name: Mysterious Adventure Box (max: not limited)
Type: Item
Effect: It provides a random adventure.
Price: 3500 Guild Coins

Description: It is up to the world wide community to choose this item.

As presented above, two of these items will be selected by the entire world wide community through the vote.
During the vote, each player will be able to select two items from the list of six.

Type: Buff
Description: It speeds up the recruitment time in Barracks up to 400%, the boost lasts 1 hour.
Price: 470 Guild Coins

Name: Chocolate rabbit (max: not limited)
Type: Buff
Description: It speeds up the production time in Provision house up to 200%, the boost lasts 12 hours.
Price: 470 Guild Coins

Name: Jolly Geologist (max: 1 per player)*
Type: Specialist
Description: Experienced geologist that is twice as fast as his colleagues from the Tavern.
Price: 4000 Guild Coins

Name: Save the Christmas Feast (max: not limited)
Type: Adventure
Description: Special Christmas adventure that is available for players with at least level 36.
Price: 950 Guild Coins

Name: Tropical Sun (max: not limited)
Type: Adventure
Description: It is a mini adventure that is available for all players with at least level 26.
Price: 470 Guild Coins

Name: Love Potion (max: not limited)
Type: Buff
Description: It increases population growth up to 200% for 12 hours.
Price: 720 Guild Coins

* Important
One item that is part of the voting is limited to 1 purchase in the Guild market per player.
It doesn't matter if you already bought a Jolly Geologist in the past. If the item wins,
every player will be able to get one item in exchange for Guild Coins.
