You are killing this game, and the game will become boring.
But one thing I agree with you is simplify a lot of meaningless repetitive operations,like send explorers to find resources or maps.
We can group explorers, when we need them all to do the same thing, we only need to send a command once.same to generals.
We do need to be able to sent more explorers on the same kind of search at the same time - 4 mouse clicks for each explorer is super boring and gives players problems with damage to hands from too many mouse clicks.
