Sometimes it can take 30 seconds or so for my keyboard input to even appear. Kind of annoying tbh.
Happened after the W10 creator update.
Yes cleared cookies, yes even reinstalled Edge, yes I have flash enabled (wonder why this game still hasn't moved away from that tbh ...)
i get that from edge ie and chrome since a week before event ended.
its like server cannot keep up.
or memory lag from our own end.
I get that on edge or chrome. Its nothing new for me and is severe lag related.
Does this input lag only occur from within the window/tab you're playing TSO in, or does it occur on other websites within the same browser?Quote:

Only in TSO and only the chat or the Trade Office. Everything else works fine.

This already known from Dec. 2016, Windows creator update will block flash, and they did, and Microsoft no more support flash, so, don't wait any solution from Microsoft side, BB still think the "white-list" will solve this issue, the problem is bigger than what they suggest, but well, I told you, before, a lot of fun will come :)

Havent tested on either chrome or firefox or other one..
But had it this evening.. But only when on my own island, when going to adventure there was no lag when writing at all.

its definitely the W10 creators update (or whatever its called). After its installed getting a typed sentence to appear in chat box and getting it sent takes over a minute. During that time i cant do anything in the game window. But everything i do during that minute is somehow stored so after the sentence is finally complete a lot of random clicking and moving occurs.
So if i want to play i cant chat..
I still i have the same problem.. And it doesnt matter if i use chrome or edge. And either if flash and everything else have been cleared and computer just reloaded.
Lags when on my own island, but when on adventures there is nothing.. So to write anything i need to go to an adventure and write. Otherwise the simplest text takes ages to write

Found a way to make letters that i have typed appear at almost normal rate in Edge. Noone is ever going to guess right what it is though.
Letters appear when i move or click my mouse! Mouse clicking= 1 letter. Mouse moving= about .2sec/letter. mouse untouched= first letter appears then second letter in about 10 sec and then nothing. In all cases the game doesnt allow any other input until the text has appeared and is sent. But the input is "recorded" and "played back" after the text has been sent. Normal length sentence the playback is about 5-10 more seconds the game is unresponsive.
Feel like some ancient craftsman having to do manual labor to get letters appear on a paper.
This is very strange indeed - it may be something corrupt with the installation. I would advise uninstalling Edge completely and then reinstall it with the latest update.Quote:
