Might be better to post that in Polymers thread not this one which has nothing to do with those guides.
Don't feel sorry, I love feedback (even though I'm a bit late replying to you) :)
MoMA 32R will certainly always kill all Cavalry Deserters, and mostly a few Crossbowman Deserters as well.
However, you might want to consider doing the way I usually do it for speed, send your killing general to follow shortly behind your lootspot buyer's MoMa 1R. Once every five times (20%) you will lose 10C, but on average (over time) that's still only 2C, which is still way cheaper than 32R, even if it doesn't feel like that those times you actually lose 10C. :)

Thanks for the awesome guides!
I have one query with regards to the last 2 camps on Island of Pirates.
The Camps A, C and D and your instructions are a tad confusing, as no mention is made of camp A, and 2 of Camp D.
Hi Tage,
Just did Outlaws and it looks like BB changed how the gens lands on the adventure recently. At least I couldn't get my MMA to land in the position C for the 2 MMA block in G1 like it has done in the past...
Got the block to work regardless by positioning it next to the fisherman hut and sending general D when general C has walked 3 flags (red dot) though. :)

Well it's random how a gen lands on the spots, so one can be unlucky. I've been several times and got a BHG or Tavern there.
Starting from the spot you indicate works for the normal 1 gen block too, Lulu uses that in her guides and I've done a bunch of Outlaws from there. Pointing this out since, unlike the Tage C-spot, you can always place general there.
Gunpowder: Final watchtower block on ST1 is wrong, 103 elite and 40 cav for a 4+ round block. The block described (117e, 40c, 43xb) will only last 2 rounds and fail.
It shouldn't be random when all other landing zone spots has been occupied by generals except for that location and a general still refuses to land, and instead jumps into star menu with the messsage no other landing zone locations available...
I have not seen Lulu's guide so will take you on your word on it, but, yes, the one I described above has worked without fail as I have been using it ever since. :)
Yes, I do not recommend using xbowmen for that block. If you want to use the block, try use the troops Ozzymandeus described here instead. I have used them with sucess before. It is still a tight block tho, so not for the faint of heart...
Its 2017 why haven't you done varus guides yet, were gonna have to let you go i'm afraid
Its just not quick enough :))
Happy new year m8

Re: My GUNPOWDER guide (currently on page 151 of this long thread)
My sincere appologies to anyone who failed blocks on the Stone Towers.
The guide was written in summer of 2014, tested (blocks on ST1 and ST2 included), simulated many times and it worked fine, but soon after that, the Stone Towers stopped working in all adventures. Several months later I stopped playing (just coming to ckeck out things after 2 years of inactivity), and the Stone Towers were still inactive in all adventures back then.
My guess is someone finally repaired the STs, but something was changed, probably their bonus to the defending troops. I'm completely out of the loop atm, so I hid the the guide in spoilers. If you know what changed, you can probably adjust the blocks yourself using the following suggestion:
Unfortunatelly, I can't verify it, because I'm a clueless newbie right now, but I remember Ozzy was an experienced player, so I hope those new blocks are OK :)
I've started to update my guides to include all Anteria Generals. :)
So far BK and DB have been updated.
3 new generals and 3 setups (LB, XB and K) means there might be up to 9 new setups on each attack. This also means the updates will take some time, but once done it will be easy to compare the three different Anteria Generals to each other on every camp.
Occasionally I will not include all 9 versions, especially if e.g. a veteran would be more efficient.
The amount of simulations needed to be optimized will also mean errors will sneak in...
Thus, please report any errors or omissions you find as soon as possible! :)
My Gunpowder guides (full for 37k XP, and short for 23k XP) are now updated, and I also added Nusala options (it's the only champion I have).
By the way, my thanks to Tage (or anyone else who did it) for linking it on the start page of this thread :)
Thanks for your updated DB guide Tage, I find it great fun until you get to the central block lol. Had to cancel the adv a couple of times to save my troops cos my brain is too slow to do the mega blocks. Ended up using wiki to kill them all off.
One thing i did find useful and saves on mma's is to use nusala as the first suicide on the witchtower. She takes out all the shadowsneakers and about half the firedancers, leaving only 2 mma suicides to clear the rest out.
Thanks again for your guides :)
I restarted playing and I start sorting this guide and updating as soon I have more time.
Great to have you back Killste, been much missed by many.
Great news...Welcome back Killste:)
Super stuff
Hi
How can I win a battle without losing any troops?
Thank you
You can find an adventure that has attacks that don't lose any troops. Witch of the swamp, for example has a few camps that you can attack and not lose any troops. Also what the quest is looking for is to win a battle, not to defeat a camp completely with 1 attack. So there for you can attack most camps on most adventures with suicide waves until the camp has only a few units left in it then send in Cav so they use their first strike ability to kill off the remaining units (If the remaining units do not have first strike ability also).
So the last wave in essence is the battle you need to win without losing troops.
Try looking here.
Is this guide out of date for all the adventures listed? I'm an old player looking to come back and start running some advs in order to rise some levels.
There were some important changes to combat system in late 2014, if a guide was written before it and not updated, then it's not usable anymore (in many cases), but most guides in this thread have been updated. It should be safe to use them, but make sure the posts are written or updated after Nov 2014 before using a guide.
Now, if you ask how up-to-date the guides are, it's a different question. Last updates done by Tage and Killste are about 2 years old.
There are no guides for the 10 new adventures (1001 Nights), use of champions (Vargus, Anslem, Nusala) is limited to a few guides and there are no guides for generals with skills.
I'd like to try some of those advs, so far these are the one I used to like the most due my lack of xp and cannoneers. I'm thinking in running VTV and maybe surprise attack so I can climb the exp ladder a bit faster. Thanks a lot and I'll stick around to see if I can get some loot as well.
