Northisle Price List

Hey Settlers,

I have decided to share my personal Northisle Price List with the community. I started to collect the data for this list after I became frustrated by not being able to find accurate pricing when I needed it. My price data needs to be accurate because the prices are linked to all of the Value Calculations on my site.
(ie. Explorer Search Value per Hour, Net Value per Hour per Building Licence of workyards, etc.)

I will be making changes to the Price List regularly in order to keep it up to date. If you find that one of my prices is way off base, let me know. I will update the price after checking its validity.

I will also be taking requests for adding game items or resources to the list.

Dark Priests Adventure Guides and Calcs have been added for L41-L47 players w 200 or 250 Generals.

Great list and ty for making it public.

Have you thought adding form where you could give amount you want to trade and select traded items from dropdown list to calculate trades like with 1000 stone you could get 917-1630 hwl?

I've done it using Newfounland trade sheet as data and tried to use your sheet but didn't manage to import it to my Google spreadsheet (=ImportRange("0ArQuZteUtkKcdFlKRHpvSHJiTnh5UTk5OW JIOWw1Z1E", "Price List!1:1000")).

Back from vacation. All prices have been updated.

Also check out the new "Most Profitable Workyards Unbuffed" section in the Value Calculations Page on my site. It now has all Level 5 Workyards (excluding mines and Gem Buildings)

Where did you get this prices from? Fe: " Betrayed Little Tailor 5,824" Really? 5, 824, why not 23 or 25?
And I have seen MSE going for 6ooo coins, Have personaly seen offers in trade office where people were giving 5000+ coins for MSE.

Black Knights LS value 1634? Really? They circle around for 900 coins all day long. Bandit Nest doesn't even have a Lootspot. Horseback doesn't have a LS, IOTP doesn't have a LS.
DB is going for 2k coins, your price is 2658. RB is 1500, your value is 2337...

Would like to know am I reading something wrong here or what?
