Description
General Stronghelmet allows you to attack enemy camps by assigning troops to him then attacking an enemy base. He attacks and travels at twice the speed and recovers in half the time.

What does it mean exactly "Contained in Original Starter Pack"? New players can get it? Or only in retail box version?
