To be add than we can trade with recycling manufactory

I hope the game will add soon that we can soon trade with recycling manufactory.

They would have to be added to Merchant without a limit on how many could be bought to make them truly suitable for trade, like watermills and silos.
I'm guessing this will never happen; maximum coal production acts as one of the ceilings on each players economic production.

We need nuclea powa :D
