On a standard Mac keyboard F12 turns the sound up, if you use the fn button F12 brings up the gadgets. Please can you move the full screen button to another function key. i.e F6.

Is it Full screen you are wanting? it depends on the browser - Safari is Shift+Cmd+F for full screen, Firefox is Menu bar, view, Fullscreen (no keyboard shortcut i could find)
Does that help?
The full screen option is related to the browser you use, not something built into the game.
