Christmas Event NEW items

A Cookies and milk on a table building.

This building will call Santa Claus to your island every 7 days and will do the following:

1) Transform your island into a Winter Wonderland for a day.
2) Cause a Christmas tree to grow somewhere on your island and when clicked upon will give you a present of a token, a gem, a guide, or a Tree Coin.
3) There is a 10% chance for another tree to grow on your island somewhere each day as long as you have the building on your island.
4) Finally, Santa will hide 10 presents somewhere on your island which can contain resources, weapons, a gem, a GC, coins, a book, resource refill, a small present, or a Tree Coin.
5) The small present can be traded for a token or a Tree Coin when you collect 10 of them in the PH.
6) 100 tree Coins can get you a special general, explorer, geologist, or a token building.

New General: The Tree General

Available for 100 Tree Coins

Number of Troops: 280
Hit Points: 1000
First Strike

Special Ability: Slow
First Strike enemy troops will become normal
Normal Troops will become Last Strike
Last Strike troops will attack in a round after your last strike troops.

Special Ability 2: Will bring back 100-500 Mahogany logs and 1 star coin from all adventures this general attacks in.

Special Ability 3: Will need to rest after any battle win or lose. Being fast takes a lot out of this general and requires rest afterwards,

Max of 1 Tree General per player.

New Explorer: Tree Explorer

Available for 100 Tree Coins

Same as a Lucky Explorer, but will always bring back 100-200 of pine, hardwood, exotic, or mahogany logs in addition to 1 or 2 buffs.

New Geologist: The Tree Geologist

Available for 100 Tree Coins

Completes ALL searches in half the time of a Tavern Geologist.
Has 10% of finding a resource site 3 times as normal.
Will always bring back 100 logs of pine, hardwood, exotic, or mahogany on any successful search.

10% for mahogany
20% for exotic
30% for hardwood
40% for pinewood.

New Token Buildings
Available for 100 Tree Coins

Pinewood Token: produces 3 pinewood logs every 6 hours
Hardwood Token: produces 3 hardwood logs ever 6 hours
Exotic Wood Token: produces 3 exotic wood logs every 12 hours
Mahogany Wood Token: Produces 3 Mahogany logs every 24 hours

Cooper Mine Token: Produces 3 cooper ore every 6 hours
Iron Mine Token: Produces 3 iron ore every 6 hours
Gold Mine Token: Produces 3 gold ore every 6 hours
Coal Mine Token: Produces 3 coal every 6 hours
Saltpeter Mine Token: Produces 3 saltpeter ore every 12 hour
Titanium Mine Token: Produces 3 Titanium ore every 12 hour
Platinum Mine Token: Produces 3 Platinum ore every 24 hours.

Christmas time is the time of presents.

So why not during Christmas event raise the change for the drop of the now very rare items and follow up adventures in the loot.

Example Return to the Bandit Nest and More Secluded Experiments are hardly dropping cause of the very low percentage that it can drop. Make it during the event 25% for example.
Or the Frozen Manor which can drop in the Fisherman chain could be higher during the event.

Just an idea ;)

How about each week of the event getting a visit from 1 of the spirits?
Week1 - The Ghost of Christmas past drops something retro.
Week 2 - The Ghost of Christmas Present drops something current.
Week 3 - The Ghost of Christmas Yet to Come drops something new to game (or converts game to non-Flash for the week, even GW Basic has to be better)

And the visit of Marley's ghost could change the loading screen to a still from a naff Jennifer Aniston movie. ;)

Or a Die Hard theme. :)
Week 1 - You get a massive tower but the population decreases rapidly.
Week 2 - You get a quest to fight through a snow-covered airport.
Week 3 - Trucks full of gold bars randomly appear driving across your island, click one to receive some gold.

Please no Week 4, that film was bleeding awful :/

A Visitor and A stranger in the tavern, 1 is always buying a random item. The other sells a random item. But the stranger can sell stolen goods as well. And thus give a quest to prove from who he had stolen the item.
Fill in a nice story...
This way we use the Tavern a bit more..

Make "Return to the Bandit's Nest" available to buy for presents again like you could at the Christmas event in 2013.
