On local instance production time in barracks is 2/3 of what it is on server.
example barracks at level 3 has 40 sec production time for 1 Recruit ( server has 60 sec which is correct ).
Barracks says recruit produced after 40 sec - but if you load him within next 20 seconds he will disapear at next zone refresh.
He can only be used after 1 minute when server has him as trained. ( with 25Recruits numbers are 16min 40sec to 25min )
