Steady Supply - water problem

20 004 water every 12 hours

ok.. i have 11 imp. watermills which give every 90 second 10-18 water (buff) = from 4800 to 8640 every 12 hours = +53000 water every 12 hours at least ...
after almost 18hours = NOTHING! water sub-quest not complete? why?

yes i have free space for water - i have to sell 200k of this for this quest ;-)

a guildy had same problem, turned out his production was not in fact 20004 every 12hrs
check your water in economy overview
it needs to be the final production rate, so what you make minus what you use
turn off friarys, breweries, stables
