As per this morning, I have the problem as well; can't see any guild chat tab (and no trade tab either), as well as all my guild members showing as if offline.
Realm: Newfoundland
Guild: DDG
It is now the 23rd of August and this issue has still not been resolved, yet game updates are being proceeded with, can we please have the bugs fixed also! thank you!

same issue here but some times they turn green and then vanishes again very odd indeed.
joined a new guild, and problem is gone, i can now see online members again.

We have been having this problem for some time now (Chasp 26/11/2016) can we have some progress please
This started in ~ Wandering On ~ new guild formed 21st April 2017 and this issue started 25th April.
Our new guild is having this problem since yesterday, we cannot see people online in guild option, only when they are friends in friends list. MOD_Samorn3 asked me to post the problem here.
